Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life."
Cons: "They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible"
Pros: "On boarding the plane was dirty. My daughters seat had food droppings on it which needed to brushed off before she could sit. We then had the worst landing we have ever experienced. Scary."
Cons: "A clean plane for passengers. An explanation to why the landing was so inept."
Cons: "Communication, comfort, customer service, timeliness"
Cons: "The area we were put in prior to boarding was just a continuous weaving queue and was quite crowded and stuffy"
Cons: "Boarding took long time took ages for a coffee . Stag and hen parties very loud and rowdy"
Pros: "Short flight so not much to expect"

Cons: "the heat in the cabin was unbearable"
Pros: "The take off was very smooth"
Cons: "It was a bit too warm"
Pros: "Service good"
Cons: "LEG ROOM TIGHT"
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "Very noisy people, very drunk people and like in all Ryanair flights, the staff has to keep giving people alcohol, so they were getting even more drunk. Not a good experience when all of them starts standing like in a bar on top of your head and raise the volume of the voice for no reason. Also from the time we landed until the time we were allowed to leave the aircraft, 15 minutes passed. Without anyone telling us for what reason. Very annoying..."
Pros: "The pilot and safety tannoy is not loud enough"
Pros: "The price"
Cons: "Confusing baggage policy. You are told to take your bag to the gate where it will be taken and put in the hold. It is not made clear that this bag must go through security with you and therefore cannot contain liquids. We had to jettison a lot of toiletries. When we got to the gate we were allowed to take the bags on anyway. What is the point of this?"
Pros: "The price is generally good"
Cons: "Ryanair broke my bag and damaged my other bag"
Cons: "I paid for my seats and the ask me to change next to the emergency door, something that i would never choose."
Pros: "My own boarding was went ok"
Cons: "What was the most annoying part of the whole experience was the fact that they were other passangers on there school trip. Yes they are just still kids, but from the very start of them boarding, thats when everything just went downhill. The kids was just screaming, shouting, and sprinting into there sits. Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."
Pros: "The captain and fly was nice. Just it is hapenned someone feeld seek and we was weiting for emergency. Our fly was latte 1htoour 50 minutes"
Cons: "Additionnal for our fly was late 1hour 50 min we need waiting for the baggage 30 min. When i made check-in i got 2 different seet in difgerent line farroway and lot of another people same me. Mother in lane 21 the son line 9 .Sorry for my English."
Pros: "Ship flight"
Cons: "Flight was delay, and I don't see crew doing the best to make the people confortable. Or happy to flight"
Cons: "Being delayed an lied too"
Pros: "Cheap and convenient"
Pros: "Standard Ryanair flight. Usual boarding etc. No problems."
Cons: "Being split all over the aircraft because we refuse to give in to Ryanair extortion to squeeze more money out of us. Clearly would have been able to seat us all together. Won't buy another coffee or food until this policy changes."
Pros: "Fast boarding. I exchanged place with a stranger with no problem ."
Cons: "There's not a lot of space for your legs but that's an airplane problem and not really ryanair only. They took off the little basket space from the seat in front of you so you have nowhere to put away your stuff which is very annoying. You have ton pay for everything on board, absolutely nothing is free and it's ridiculously expensive."
Cons: "They took my carry on away and then we had to wait for all of the bags to come through. Not fair"
Cons: "Everything about this experience was terrible. They charge you for bags that will clearly fit in the overhead bin and under your seat. None of the boarding crew communicated with each other, so even though two members approved the size of my bag, the woman checking boarding passes didn't believe them, so she kicked me out of line and I had to pay anyway. They even sell scratch tickets to passengers on the plane, how cheap and sleezy can an airline get??"
Pros: "Value for money, this was good."
Pros: "On time."
Cons: "Pouches in seat in front of you would be nice. Would also be nice if they would assign seats together for people travelling together."
Pros: "Everything was very good"
Pros: "Flight was good."
Cons: "Boarding area was completely full with no where to sit because there wasn't enough seats for the amount of people."
Pros: "Great staff, very helpful and quick with boarding, quick journey"
Pros: "We were not called"
Cons: "We missed the flight due to not being called over the tannoy and the next flight was 710pm and was another £200, also it meant that we missed the show that we were booked in for as it was a birthday present for today. Staff on the ryannaire desk was not very friendly or understanding to our situation."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and professional"
Cons: "Seats don't recline, no seat back pocket"
Pros: "How helpful they were"
Cons: "Baaaaa they treat you like sheeple. And they try to sell you perfume and cosmetics like it's an Armenian used electronics store. Yuck."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Tight seating"
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Just about everything."
Pros: "Cheap before extras. I think I'd rather pay more for better quality airline."
Cons: "I've had three flights with Ryan Air this week and every one has been so unorganized and stressful. The boarding process is slow, and a lot of getting in line and standing for long periods of time. Even with open seats they don't boom groups together (when they book at same time). I assume to get more money to switch but this just leads to masses of people trying to swap seatings during boarding. The landings on all three were rough, I fly a lot and have never had an issue and these landings were concerning. One they came into fast and had to pull up quickly to avoid landing."
Cons: "Still could do with just another couple of inches more space."
Pros: "The flight arrived on time and the plane was clean. When flights are this cheap I think it's naïve to expect anything more."
Cons: "Most of the bad things about Ryanair are consequences of their no-frills setup. People who fly with them have made the choice that low price is more important than luxury. The miserable bits about flying with Ryanair are: - The terminals/gates are frequently sheds (Grenoble, Bergerac), or in bigger airports the most distant and least well appointed (Liverpool). - Very little consideration is given to customer service (such as announcements for delayed flights). - The planes are as basic as can be, as is the service. - The scratch cards, food, drink, and all the "extras" you'd get as standard on other airlines such as included baggage, seat choice etc are all ways to boost profits given the low fares. - "They always leave late" - my theory is that the flight times are exaggerated so that they arrive on time at the expense of departure times, i.e. extra time is built in to the departure time to make up for cleaning / other gate delays. In short, flying with Ryanair vs KLM, BA, Virgin or Lufthansa is like taking a long distance Megabus instead of booking a seat on the train. It's cheaper. It's cheaper because it's a bit rubbish and a bit inconvenient. If you want a flight that's nicer, pay for it. Stop moaning about Ryanair."
Pros: "They wouldn't let me get my boarding pass 1 hour before my flight because they said I was late. Absurd. Poor customer service. Not professional at all."
Cons: "Plain had technical issues so we waited for 45' standing up outside in the cold until they got us back inside and wait another hour for a new plain to come,"
Pros: "The plane landed safely, but a bit rough."
Cons: "Paid €80 for 2 bags, then the agent told me that I could have saved over 50% if I had prepaid. It would have been nice to know that. The seats were incredibly cramped, even though I am not tall. The plane sat on the runway for about 40 minutes."
Pros: "All went well, enjoyed every moment,thank-you too the crew and our save flight with Ryanair"
Pros: "Crew was friendly. Initial price was good."
Cons: "No reminder was sent prior tothe flight to remind us that online check in was mandatory. Never did Ryanair inform us that failure to comply is subject to a substantial monetary penalty. In our case the charge for not checking in online represented about three times the original ticket price! Long lines at the gate, long lines outside, no jet bridge, and forced to check carry on luggage. This was our first and LAST Ryanair flight."
Cons: "I checked in online or so I thought and when I got to the airport they charged us 45pounds a piece nearly $200 simply to check-in. I qualify as an experience flier (likely 1600-1700 flights) over my career. While $200 doesn't ruin our vacation it was clearly theft. Services theft."
Pros: "It was a steady flight"
Cons: "4 hour delay"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Poor food selection for 3 HOUR flight"
Pros: "Quick flight crew helpful"
Cons: "The most horrbile airline with the most unprofessional staff and employees I have ever seen in any business including airlines. Due to their technical issues with their computer systems and staff who were being trained on the spot, we ended up missing our flight and they were not accomodating in any form to help us with getting on the flight when they really could have. they were rude, unprofessionla, and did not care. our experience with them was like a bad dream."
Cons: "All the last minute fees are more than the ticket price"
