Pros: "Not comfortable"
Pros: "Left on time arrived on time luggage also"

Pros: "Checkin and security Quick passport control and luggage"
Cons: "The plane was late, boarding process very slow, Lon wait to disembark"
Pros: "absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Checking to make sure people carried on only 1 bag that was of correct size, not letting people run up and down the aisles, providing free water, more space, crowd control. Overall, it was the worst flight of my life, and I will never fly Ryan Air again."
Cons: "The area we were put in prior to boarding was just a continuous weaving queue and was quite crowded and stuffy"
Cons: "It was freezing we asked 3 times to have air con adjusted ...plus other passengers ask too . Nothing was done . Stag and hen people on flight... shouldn’t be served alcohol on flight if they seemed drunk already. People wouldn't sit down even with seat belt signs on..."
Pros: "Inexpensive, simple travel. The in-flight food was better than expected and affordable."
Cons: "No complaints."
Cons: "Boarding took long time took ages for a coffee . Stag and hen parties very loud and rowdy"
Pros: "Short flight so not much to expect"
Cons: "We were left sit on the runway after landing waiting for a spot to park up"
Cons: "Check in and lagged bag"
Pros: "It got me to where I wanted to go"
Cons: "The crew were more interested in flirting with each other and seemed oblivious to much else. Once we landed loads of people got up, the aeroplane then started moving again and people were falling into each other - not a single member of cabin crew said anything or encouraged people to sit down"
Pros: "Easy on off plane"
Pros: "It was very confusing and I didn't find it helpful that you only had 3 lines that we sat in 2 only to be told to we just need our passport clarification that took 5 min. So we waited in line for 1 hour for nothing."
Cons: "The crew and staff where very nice."
Cons: "All is all."
Pros: "Service good"
Cons: "LEG ROOM TIGHT"
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "Very noisy people, very drunk people and like in all Ryanair flights, the staff has to keep giving people alcohol, so they were getting even more drunk. Not a good experience when all of them starts standing like in a bar on top of your head and raise the volume of the voice for no reason. Also from the time we landed until the time we were allowed to leave the aircraft, 15 minutes passed. Without anyone telling us for what reason. Very annoying..."
Pros: "The pilot and safety tannoy is not loud enough"
Pros: "The price is generally good"
Cons: "Ryanair broke my bag and damaged my other bag"
Pros: "Enjoyed the lasagna that I ordered, surprisingly good!"
Cons: "Under the circumstances, the staff coped well with certain difficult passengers. Noisy passengers are my pet hate especially when the safety drill is being read out."
Pros: "That I finally got to Marrakesh."
Cons: "Price was outrageous. check-in a nightmare. their site said technical problem, Ryanair staff person said she would explain to check-in woman who promptly said no! Download the check-in and return after 50 minutes in line! Or pay 55 Euro for us to do it! No helpful; Awful service; Ticket sales people after queing for another 30 minutes-same no help-just put new client all this from 4:45 am in the airport. Finally with 10 minutes to spare before being blocked off the flight; check-in deemed to check me and suitcase it requesting 20 Euro. I refused...other passengers got mad so she let me pass. Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."
Pros: "Boarding at el prat"
Cons: "check in was a nightmare, service was surly and rude. We were treated as if we were an inconvenience to them. They tout their "airline as cheap and easy" I guess you get what you pay for but that experience was inexcusable. When the agent couldn't handle a small baggage problem she cut us out of the line and made us stand in the corner while she served others behind us. She never did try to solve the problem, we had to seek other help and we charged exorbitant fees. Never fly with Ryanair."
Pros: "That the plane made it to its destination safely."
Cons: "Online check win had no place to pay for bags. Terrible customer service during check in. Made us get out of line and wait because they did not want to deal with us. Had to insist on a supervisor to handle issues.Had to pay an \additional $140 dollars to get on board for luggage and boarding passes. Ridiculous"
Pros: "Fast flight nice staff"
Cons: "Seats are small"
Cons: "Being delayed an lied too"
Pros: "Cheap and convenient"
Pros: "Value for money, this was good."
Pros: "Price was right. Very short flight so it was okay. Price was good."
Cons: "Called to gate BEFORE plane even arrived. Left to stand like cattle for over half an hour. Not a seat in sight. Way too much for my elderly husband."
Pros: "Everything was very good"
Pros: "Great staff, very helpful and quick with boarding, quick journey"
Pros: "We were not called"
Cons: "We missed the flight due to not being called over the tannoy and the next flight was 710pm and was another £200, also it meant that we missed the show that we were booked in for as it was a birthday present for today. Staff on the ryannaire desk was not very friendly or understanding to our situation."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and professional"
Cons: "Seats don't recline, no seat back pocket"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Tight seating"
Pros: "Cheap Ticket (up front)"
Cons: "--Online check-in system is strange and puts the onus on passengers to do the work w/in a bizzare window of time. If you remember to do it too much ahead of time, then you get charged a fee. If you remember to do it too late, then you get charged a fee. --The fee for missing the check-in online window is exorbitant (50 euros per person) and seems to be a punishment more than anything else, since I don't see how buying and installing a kiosk for customers to check-in at the airport would be less cost effective for the company. Particularly when you consider the cost of the employee's salary whose sole job it is to sit and process the "late check-in" paperwork at a different window. --The luggage fee is among the highest I've ever encountered and also has to be "processed" at a different window with a Ryanair employee who literally fills carbon copies of paperwork in for every single person in line. (There must be a more modern option for their infrastructure than this.) My husband and I had to go back and forth to this other window since the people at the check-in window didn't bother to tell us that we'd have to process the luggage fee + the check-in fee at the separate window. --Finally, the boarding process was chaotic, crowded, and late. And I was kept awake the entire flight by flight attendants making several announcements about Ryanair promotions, including employees pushing actual carts full of non-food items (like cologne) up and down the aisle to sell as if the airways were a flea market. Overall I would have saved time, money, and huge headaches if I had booked a pricier flight up front. At least those companies have some integrity."
Cons: "The flight delayed for eight hours with no explanation provided. The crew/staff were rude and inconsiderate of the noise level in the plain. The return plane did not provide any English announcements, leading me not to understand a word of what they were announcing."
Cons: "Still could do with just another couple of inches more space."
Cons: "Late. No explanation. Left standing on runway also in the heat."
Pros: "Straightforward online check-in process Priority boarding when paying for seats during check-in"
Cons: "Prepaying for baggage weight Requirement to print boarding passes No seats at gate to wait for boarding"
Pros: "The flight was early into the destination."
Cons: "The same bags we used to get there from Dublin were no longer 'acceptable' on this flight. We did not buy a single thing to put in our bags in Madrid and yet my luggage was 2 kg over and we had to pay an additional 20 euros and they said my husbands was too large to carry on - though we did prove to them if fit and they eventually let us but it was an ordeal (they didn't even bother two people in front of us with the exact same luggage). The Madrid Ryanair employees could learn a couple things in hospitality from the Dublin ones."
Pros: "The flight arrived on time and the plane was clean. When flights are this cheap I think it's naïve to expect anything more."
Cons: "Most of the bad things about Ryanair are consequences of their no-frills setup. People who fly with them have made the choice that low price is more important than luxury. The miserable bits about flying with Ryanair are: - The terminals/gates are frequently sheds (Grenoble, Bergerac), or in bigger airports the most distant and least well appointed (Liverpool). - Very little consideration is given to customer service (such as announcements for delayed flights). - The planes are as basic as can be, as is the service. - The scratch cards, food, drink, and all the "extras" you'd get as standard on other airlines such as included baggage, seat choice etc are all ways to boost profits given the low fares. - "They always leave late" - my theory is that the flight times are exaggerated so that they arrive on time at the expense of departure times, i.e. extra time is built in to the departure time to make up for cleaning / other gate delays. In short, flying with Ryanair vs KLM, BA, Virgin or Lufthansa is like taking a long distance Megabus instead of booking a seat on the train. It's cheaper. It's cheaper because it's a bit rubbish and a bit inconvenient. If you want a flight that's nicer, pay for it. Stop moaning about Ryanair."
Pros: "The crew was friendly."
Cons: "There was a charge to check in - which I attempted to avoid by checking in online but I didn't have access to a printer so there was a charge to print my boarding pass. A charge to check bags (since they wouldn't let us carry on - additional $70) there was no food (it was a 55 min flight so that makes since.) The seats were cramped and hard. And for whatever reason the landing was very hard/abrupt that people screamed. If I had the choice I wouldn't fly this airline again."
Pros: "The plane took off and landed."
Cons: "I had luggage that required I remove 2 kilos to be acceptable. The airline I flew before Ryan accepted the bag as it was within its limits (less than 23 kilos). THAT WAS REALLY ANNOYING. HOW ABOUT SELLING BAGGAGE THAT AGREES WITH THE STANDARD WEIGHT (50 ILBS OR 23 KILOGRAMS) INSTEAD OF 20?"
Pros: "When I get off of the plane"
Cons: "The plane had a delay of 3 hours at least I think that would be a good idea to give same refund when the delay is like that likeothers companies this company in my opinion sucks."
Pros: "The only thing to like about Ryanair is the price."
Cons: "There's no food available. The crew was difficult to communicate with even though they claimed to speak English. The seats are tight."
Pros: "The staff was rude ash unprofessional . Never again"
Cons: "I had to pay 50 Euros for Not checking in before 2 hours . Plus a fee for each bag ."
Pros: "It was a steady flight"
Cons: "4 hour delay"
Cons: "Other passengers taking on too much carry on"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Poor food selection for 3 HOUR flight"
