Cons: "All was fine"
Pros: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Cons: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"
Pros: "It's the cheapest you can get"
Cons: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."
Cons: "Weirds sounds near first rows -- like compressor working or something"
Pros: "We landed"
Cons: "Customer service, communication between check in and boarding agents, clear rules. On time departure as opposed to 60 minute delay on the runway"
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "Long check-in lines Seats uncomfortable"
Pros: "Ok flight"
Cons: "Comply with departure times"
Pros: "Once boarding started it was very fast and flight left shortly after"
Cons: "Seats are very uncomfortable"
Cons: "The flight was delayed for 40 min"
Cons: "Changing in luggage information was annoying"
Pros: "Kind stevards clean plane no delay"
Cons: "More comfortable seats but this is low cost company :)"
Pros: "On time departure"
Cons: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."
Pros: "Everything went to plan and we were very happy"
Pros: "Staff cheerness"
Cons: "1. The check in was delayed and very chaotic. 2. The landing was horrible 3. The plane was not comfortable ."
Pros: "Got me to where I was going and the airline stewards were polite and helpful."
Cons: "Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."
Pros: "The crew was very nice. The flight was ok"
Cons: "Not much of a food choice.."
Pros: "Excellent pilot"
Cons: "Black group seemed to be singled out for more than one bag hand luggage but others were not. They were the only black group on the plane. Others let through with more bags 1ith no question."
Cons: "Priority: advantage only on call. Afterwards no adantage afterwardsroom for hand luggage"
Cons: "When I went to check in an hour before my flight, Wizz charged me and many other passengers an unexpected 40 euro fee. They claimed the fee was for checking in in person---and then they also claimed it was too late to check in online. There is no information in my flight confirmation from Flightnetwork.com, which i purchased on kayak, indiciating that such a fee would be charged. Many other passengers had the same experience."
Pros: "The staff was fine. We arrived on time."
Cons: "These discount flights from Luton are packed with obnoxious, drunken Brits going on holiday in Hungary. In future, I will fly from Heathrow. Besides, by the time one pays all the little incidental fees at WizzAir, the cost is about the same as the legacy carriers."
Pros: "Arrived only slightly delayed"
Cons: "They made my boyfriend pay 35 gbp for a case 5 cams longer than their stipulation. Yet, lots of other passengers didn't have to pay. Sheer discrimination. Crew is unfriendly and refused to help me place my bag in over head locker. Really poor professional s"
Pros: "NOTHING! !!! VERY POOR wizz air!!"
Cons: "Hi. I don't understand why I have to pay £31.50 for check-in???!! Why nobody send me email with this information? ?!! I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! "Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!"
Pros: "Facilities are terrible! It was like stepping back in time! To use this as a stopover, is a poor decision because this airport does NOT meet the brief and does NOT warrant being used for passengers. I’ve been very polite here, I have more choice words I could use"
Cons: "Nothing! To learn that Wizz Air ‘allowed’ cabin size is so tiny was really shocking! With All the other budget airlines, easyJet, Monarch & even Ryanair my cabin would’ve been fine. This is the same hand luggage I’ve been using using for many years."
Cons: "It was a full plane ride but they didn't seem to be boarding on time? After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."
Pros: "Staff aboard the aircraft were very nice and so was the passengers."
Cons: "Bought a ticket two weeks ago to travel to Romania. Didn't have internet to check in, so I went to the airport to check in. When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."
Cons: "Hidden fees"
Cons: "Never ever gonna choose Wizz air ... not a frist time I had to pay extra because of the suitcase ... But this is happening always on Hungary not in London."
Cons: "The flight is late from tlv to luton and from luton to tlv."
Pros: "The ground crew in Varna were a thousand times better than Luton. Excellent flight and service...even with an hour delay."
Cons: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"
Pros: "Pleasant staff and good flight"
Cons: "A bit of difficulty to check bag in online after original check in ...."
Pros: "the flight to and from liverpool was for me flawless easy quick boarding punctual and good plane and journey ....others complain about the baggage charges but if you read the policy and take heed of the rules then you won’t go wrong"
Cons: "seats could be a bit more comfy"
Pros: "Friendly staff members"
Cons: "They didn't have blanket and it was very cold.."
Cons: "I didn't eat No entertainment"
Cons: "The application doesn't allow to add carrier bag check in and we paid high fee in the airport"
Cons: "The bag policy with the airline makes the cheap flight not worth it. Only one carry on allowed and each checked bag is $50"
Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "Needed to pay 50 euros for luggage. Beware that unless you have a kids suitcase you will need to pay for luggage. Also, when boarding the hostess was pushing me to show my boarding pass- it took 30 seconds but she was already trying to push me to the side and let others board. Patience and understanding would have been nice. Seats are the smallest of all the regional carriers - not my first airline choice to travel for next time."
Pros: "Staff were friendly, when they weren't trying you charge you for everything"
Cons: "I've flown on dozens of airlines, and Wizz Air has to be one of the absolute worst in terms of arbitrary and punitive charges. I managed to avoid them, but you never know when they'll give you a €30 fee because your shoelaces are too long."
Cons: "Tried to check in online was unavailable the system upon arrival they charged us an extra €105 it's theft"
Pros: "professional crew - good flight times and lots of information was a little delayed 20mins but informed of same and no impact really"
Cons: "nothing much tbh"
Pros: "On time and a comfortable flight."
Cons: "Nothing comes to mind."
Cons: "we didn't get food at all. i purchased a cabin baggage for 40 dollar, and when i went to the check in i paid another 110 euro for checked in baggage although i had only one baggage!!!"
Pros: "The seats are big enough even though they do not lay back BETTER than British Airways it really is !"
Cons: "The flight attendant needs to be more friendly and clear speaking in English language"
Pros: "Crew was great. Tight on leg room but fine for the price."
Cons: "Rough and scary approach into landing. Pilot had to abort and come around again. I have only had this happen one other time in 30 years of flying."
Cons: "on the flight back we waited in the bus for a very long time before we were taken to the plane."
Cons: "TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SUCK"
Pros: "Everybody was relax and content"
Pros: "On boarding the plane was dirty. My daughters seat had food droppings on it which needed to brushed off before she could sit. We then had the worst landing we have ever experienced. Scary."
Cons: "A clean plane for passengers. An explanation to why the landing was so inept."
Cons: "The area we were put in prior to boarding was just a continuous weaving queue and was quite crowded and stuffy"
Cons: "Boarding took long time took ages for a coffee . Stag and hen parties very loud and rowdy"
Pros: "Short flight so not much to expect"
Cons: "We were left sit on the runway after landing waiting for a spot to park up"
Pros: "nothing canin was good"
Cons: "My wife was not allowed to board the flight. because her passport expires in april, we was told by ryanair in a phone call that this would not be a problem, then when she tried to board she was refused. thanks ryanair you cost us a lot of money and caused a lot of stress. you just lost another customer. why not make it clear that a person needs 90 days on their passport if you are going to enforce these purile rules."
Pros: "Service good"
Cons: "LEG ROOM TIGHT"
Pros: "The pilot and safety tannoy is not loud enough"
Pros: "Just the Flight crew...They were ok..."
Cons: "They kept saying my suitcase didnot fit the overhead compartment. I saw so many people with the same size bag...that didnot pay. I flew from Rome to Greece, back to Rome and, Lisbon Back And forth. I will think twice next time...When I fly to Europe next year..Flying Ryanair."
Pros: "The price is generally good"
Cons: "Ryanair broke my bag and damaged my other bag"
Pros: "Fell asleep and was not woken up. Good flight"
Cons: "Being delayed an lied too"
Pros: "The flight was comfortable enough for a short haul flight. Hostesses were fine I didn't have the need to deal with them tbh not very happy looking"
Cons: "Delayed. This happens so it's fine. We get to the gate to then have to load our own non priority bags on the baggage carriage ourselves with people pushing others off the back side (accidentally). That was not well orgakised at all. I don't understand why we have to pay to sit together? Seat here available to have people sit together. It's a terrible money making tool especially if you have older children who are nervous flyers it means you have no choice but to pay which is unfair"
Cons: "They could have had some kind of entertainment but the price was cheap."
Cons: "Terrible customer service."
Cons: "Have to take the bus from aircraft to terminal."
Cons: "The sits"
Pros: "Value for money, this was good."
Pros: "The food options were pretty good."
Cons: "The seats didn't move back at all!!!"
Pros: "Nothing to brag about really"
Cons: "The plane was 30 mins late setting off. Food as an extra was terrible. And the seats are narrow and uncomfortable."
Pros: "Everything was very good"
Pros: "Crew were competent and happy, not overworked, dour or dim."
Cons: "Big queues to board, followed by bus transfer to plane => first ones to stand in line at the last ones off the bus to board the plane. My fault really, but why encourage people to stand in a queue for 30 mins at all?"
Pros: "Great staff, very helpful and quick with boarding, quick journey"
Pros: "We were not called"
Cons: "We missed the flight due to not being called over the tannoy and the next flight was 710pm and was another £200, also it meant that we missed the show that we were booked in for as it was a birthday present for today. Staff on the ryannaire desk was not very friendly or understanding to our situation."
Cons: "All ok"
Pros: "Still have not left London"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Tight seating"
Pros: "Too small of seats"
Cons: "Still could do with just another couple of inches more space."
Cons: "Rude customer service"
Pros: "Excellent throughout outward and inward journey's"
Pros: "We had no problems with our flight"
Pros: "The flight arrived on time and the plane was clean. When flights are this cheap I think it's naïve to expect anything more."
Cons: "Most of the bad things about Ryanair are consequences of their no-frills setup. People who fly with them have made the choice that low price is more important than luxury. The miserable bits about flying with Ryanair are: - The terminals/gates are frequently sheds (Grenoble, Bergerac), or in bigger airports the most distant and least well appointed (Liverpool). - Very little consideration is given to customer service (such as announcements for delayed flights). - The planes are as basic as can be, as is the service. - The scratch cards, food, drink, and all the "extras" you'd get as standard on other airlines such as included baggage, seat choice etc are all ways to boost profits given the low fares. - "They always leave late" - my theory is that the flight times are exaggerated so that they arrive on time at the expense of departure times, i.e. extra time is built in to the departure time to make up for cleaning / other gate delays. In short, flying with Ryanair vs KLM, BA, Virgin or Lufthansa is like taking a long distance Megabus instead of booking a seat on the train. It's cheaper. It's cheaper because it's a bit rubbish and a bit inconvenient. If you want a flight that's nicer, pay for it. Stop moaning about Ryanair."
Cons: "I hate ryanair"
Pros: "Nothing I can think of."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 3 hours. This affect our hotel and taxi arrangements severely. Also the baggage collection was extremey slow and painful with a wait of 1-2 hours."
Pros: "The timing of take off"
Pros: "The service was quick and easy, the plane seats were not too squished together, and they were accommodating to everything people requested of them."
Cons: "You have to board outside the plane. There's no order, everyone just lines up like cows being herded. We stood in the rain and the plane is very cramped."
Pros: "There wasn't anything that stands out that made me happy."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed. We were asked to go to our gate at 18.55 and had to queue for 45 minutes before getting on the plane as it hadn't landed yet from the previous flight. No information was given regarding this. We got on the plane at about 8.10pm and it took off at 8.30pm, 50 minutes later than the squeduled time."
Pros: "It was a steady flight"
Cons: "4 hour delay"
Pros: "La puntualidad."
Cons: "Nada considerando que es una empresa de bajo coste."
Cons: "High prices for poor food with NOTHING for vegetarians (I've been told veggie selections ended up...?!?)"
Pros: "That the plane didn't crash."
Cons: "Strict baggage rules, uninterested attendants"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Poor food selection for 3 HOUR flight"
Cons: "Heading London from Ciampino aireport in Rome, i had to pay a fee of 50 euros as my bag seemed to be "too tall" my bag fitted perfectly in the Ryanair bag sample that all airpots have. This memeber of the staff (a man in the late 20s) said that although i brought my bag from London without a problem, in Rome he rules and if i do not pay the 50 euros i will not board the plane, his attitude was prepotent and unprofesional."
Cons: "The price water was 3 euros!"
