No choice of food was given, and I was served leftovers, so they were returned back. the crew is unfriendly and harsh. Need to be trained on communication.

Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).

Water bottles could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles

Smooth boarding, on time flight, decent food and entertainment options.

Best international flight I have had in a while! Far superior accommodation, services, food and general experience compared to U.S. airline companies.

0lane 2qs on tim3. Very bad food. No free wifi, only for texts. Entertainment poor and hard to access.

Very nice crew and great food. Easy to board just wish the flight could be shorter or seats more comfortable or more room to walk around when you get cramps in your legs from sitting so long. Crew was great and attentive and really was good food.

They lived up to the Swiss reputation of excellent operation in all aspects. Zurich is a great place to make connections to other parts of Europe.

My experience was wonderful. The professionalism of the crew was exemplary 🙂. The meals were wholesome and tasty. I have no complaints
