The cleanliness is the business class continues to disappoint. There was food on the floor when I boarded.

Flew Premium Economy. The seats were comfortable and tilted back far enough to sleep. Food was okay and service friendly and efficient. We bought tickets through Kayak partner Underpricer and the price was good.

Kayak was an utter disaster. They booked the tickets through a 3rd party and the 3rd party changed the dates of the flight without checking with us. They promised to change it back, but they never did, and I eventually had to dispute the credit card charge to get my money back and had to reserve through another website. NEVER use KAYAK again!

Our flight was cancelled the day before our trip and we we put on a Turkish Airline flight that got us in half a day later.

My seat was broken and ducted taped and my monitor did not work the entire time over 8 hrs sitting. And I had no books or anything with me

It was Ok for Business class considering we paid almost $10K for two seats. Disappointing part was the $640 (RT) to reserve the seats prior to departure unlike other airlines that is complementary when buying business class seats. Would I use ITA to go to Europe on my next trip -NO.

The staff was very good, the only thing was the air conditioning wasn't working during the boarding process so it was very hot inside the plane until we got airborne. The food wasn't great, the chicken was dry and hard to cut, the ravioli was ok and the little pizza pocket thing was pretty bad. Other than that is was a good flight all around

At least it was a direct flight, however the boarding process was a nightmare. 2+ hours in line to check my bag. Then told it was overbooked and I have to go standby even though I bought my ticket months ago. Then sent to another line to get on standby - another long wait and finally started yelling that my flight was boarding. They sent me somewhere else. In the end I did make the flight - among the last group to board, even though I arrived 4 hours early at the airport. Worst check in process I've ever experienced in 50 years off flying.

Paid for a seat I didn’t get. Flight attendant said they would “report “ the problem. Food terrible. No service unless requested. Plane filthy. Seats falling apart. Broken footrest. Bathroom toilet held in place with tape. No gate announcements though delayed 2 hours. Is that enough?

The worst part about the trip was the seat. It looked old, with a sagging cushion and crumbs on it before I sat down. When I sat down I saw that the back of the seat was broken and it would only stay in one (reclined) position. I had purposefully paid extra ($65) for that seat because a) I can only sleep on translatlantic flights if I am next to the window and b) I wanted to be close to the front because I had a tight connecting flight in Rome. One flight attendant didn't care about the problem while another offered me a middle seat in the back of the plane. Of course he did not mention a refund for the fee I had paid for this seat. The food was mediocre, not even close to the good food in Alitalia, back in the day. The entertainment system did not work when I tried to "follow the flight". English of announcements was often impossible to understand (spoke poorly and too fast).
