Cons: "Avianca seems to ALWAYS have an issue .. late, delayed, etc...but the worst thing is that they don’t live up to their mistakes and reimburse customers for their mistakes. They should be forced to improve their service or be put out of business. Come on Avianca ! Step up your game... instead they know that there is no competition so they just take advantage of their customers. Can we get a new airline in Latin America please!?!"

Cons: "After confirming $100 bag fees for surfboard by phone, I was charged $169 at the airport. The cool air vents did not seem to work till an hour into the flight. It was the hottest taxi and first hour flight in my memory."

Pros: "We never too this flight as Avianca cancelled our original flight. Your partner in Airfare.com was absolutely zero help in helping us resolve the issue. They told me I had to contact Avianca directly to resolve the matter. The only flights they had available were on different days."
Cons: "I am still trying to get a refund from the airline for a flight that they knew I was never going to take. I will never use any sort of third-party service for booking anything again. What is the point using it if it will be zero help when I did not cause the changes that occurred??"

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba
Cons: "My seat wasn’t clean. Dirt was visible. We used Clorox wipes to clean it before sitting down. If someone had previously sat there with an illness, we would certainly be at risk. Very disappointing to see during Covid-19 outbreak."

It was an economy seat disguised as a business class seat because they left the middle seat empty. It is false advertising. I paid for a business class seat to be comfortable and I wasn’t. Also, 1 of my checked bags was destroy and placed in a plastic bag so now I have to go buy a new suitcase.

Pros: "The crew saw I was travelling with my young son; baby and elderly parents. We were placed at the front of the crew and were kind enough to allow me to board first."
Cons: "Most passengers had to put cabin bags into the hold. These were taken at the gate, it would have been nicer to have had this notified by text or when checking in so the bags could have been left at the check in desk."

Flight was delayed and there was no wifi on board. Flight attendants could not or did not want to reser the wifi. Not acceptable.

Cons: "Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off."

Even you (kayak) didn’t know bc you still think I took the flight that I booked on your site! Pros: "I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again."

Pros: "Loved the staff. As far as my experience flying Iberia for the first time is concerned, the the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was not bad either as it was pretty good and included many beverage options. Would like to see how they do for flights lasting longer than 8 hours. Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv."
