The flight from Zurich to Montreal was not a good experience due to 3.5 hour delay
It sure why I’m being contacted by kayak, wrong info provided which resulted in quite a bit of confusion. I booked with experien, why am I being contacted by kayak?
Connecting time in Zurich was 50 minutes. We had to rush due to delay previous flight. To short for our luggage, got it only with 24 hours delay
This was the second time my trip that Swiss lost my luggage from one of their own connecting flights. Really frustrating.
Very unprofessional treatment of customers - boardring on being unethical. Only cares about money and not the customer. If you use the swiss brand, you should deserve it - now swiss air doesn't deserve the swiss brand.

Very nice crew and great food. Easy to board just wish the flight could be shorter or seats more comfortable or more room to walk around when you get cramps in your legs from sitting so long. Crew was great and attentive and really was good food.
The flight was generally good but was delayed departure meant a very late arrival for a connecting flight.
Delayed 30 mins Forced to check in my carry on luggage
No fault of the crew, but the the rear lavatories were closed the entire flight. The front lavatories were blocked off for the first part of the flight by the food cart. Then some minor turbulence occurred so the fasten seatbelt sign came on for the second part of the flight. Heroic containment engaged! It was not fun.
My flight from Zurich to London was delayed 2hours and 45minutes. It was awful.

LCY airport is an amazing airport and I love the flight from LCY to FRA with BA. Efficient, easy, comfortable and great luggage allownace with BA. I iused to fly predominantley LH, but the service and price - benefit ratio of Lufthansa has deteriorated a lot over the last 5 years. Whereas BA keeps an excellent service level with friendly staff.
Flight was delayed and there was boarding pass and flight information errors resulting in confusion and stress

Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.
What a great flight that was. Leaving from the small London City Airport, which was easy and convenient to get to on public transport, The flight was slightly delayed, but no big deal. The crew was attentive and served the light sandwich meal, a snack and a soft drink with a smile. The seats were ok, but the same like other budget airlines. The onboard luggage allowance was good and way better and hassle free compared with budget airlines. Well done B.A. and keep the good work up 👍👏
Flight cancelled 20 mins before departure, no support with ground transport or hotel booking
The flight from London City Airport is easy and I like the smaller aircraft with only window or aisle seats which have very good legroom and superior seats. Also the beverage service is free.
