Pros: "flight itself"
Cons: "delayed departure EXTREMELY LATE LUGGAGE HANDLING IN BRUSSELS, more than 1 hour after arrival for SKI's to be delivered !!"
Cons: "It would have better if the flight wasn’t 5 hours late."
Pros: "Lots of room on the flight, fresh warm bread, lots of water, nice cabin crew"
Cons: "How do I book a vegetarian meal??"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by more than two hours leaving from Delhi to Zurich and by more than an hour leaving Zurich to Chicago. The service on the Delhi Zurich flight was minimal, inflight entertainment did not work in spite of the crew trying to reset, the bathrooms were AWFUL!"
Pros: "The flight was smooth and on time. The flight crew did everything alright."
Cons: "Connecting flights. All lies, no cooperation. Not a small airport as it takes nearly half an hour to get to Gate E. Too few characters allowed to explain all we went thru."
Pros: "The flight waited for us as transit after delay of the firs flight from Munich"
Cons: "1. the food was a disaster. 2. The noise on the flight from a group of passengers was terrible, no way to sleep or rest. 3. The staff did not try to calm the people the steward laugh me when I complained.."
Pros: "Swissair seating is cramped with 10 across in coach in Boeing 777. The only reason for not giving "poor" rating on this particular ZRH-SFO flight, was the empty seat next to me."
Cons: "Next time, I will give Turkish Airlines a chance, because their aircraft seats only 9 across in Boeing 777 coach. On the SFO-BUD flight, the connection is through Istanbul, but the flight time is the same 15 hours, as on the SFO-ZRH-BUD route. In addition, two checked bags are free in coach."
Pros: "Left on time"
Cons: "I wanted to get some work done on.y flight but I couldn't even open my laptop screen more than a few inches."
Cons: "Placed in back row. Ran out of food choices twice!!! Requested they start serving from the back after the first shortage. Told that was not the procedure. The Swiss need to apply customer care to all in the same class equally."

Flight was ok with a great landing. What could have been better would have been sitting away from the lady behind me who was coughing and sneezing all through the flight. I have been ill with a very bad cold ever since and can only put it down to being sat in front of that lady!

I liked boarding the crew were excellent but the seats are too close together for such a long flight.

Boarding went well, seats could have been a little more comfortable

We waited about an hour outside the aerport building after boarding by the gate waiting to board the plane. the plane wasnt there yet.... It was freezing, 8 degree Celsius, barely chairs to sit, no staff to ask question, no screen with information.... The plane arrived, after about forty fives minutes wait there, and until it was emptied, passengers, suitcases.... only then we allowed on board. there was there babies, and older people, besides of the rest of the passengers. it took me over an hour to recover from the freeze. It was a disaster. I don't understand how the airport crew decided to do boarding by the gate forty five minutes before the plane landed. would love to hear a reply from you. i will send this message to PAPHOS INTL AIRPORT as well.

Boarding lanes should have been better organised..as it always becomes a free for all..

The flight was first class the experience on landing in Edinburgh was not Crammed into a bus and held on tarmac for 15 minutes followed by just under 1 hour to clear passport control Only one flight at that time Disappointing!!!

Left on time arrived early first class ground and air crew

Smooth process, great in flight crew you wouldn’t want to travel more than 3.5 hrs with them as the seats are slightly hard

Pros: "Crew were good, no issues. Flight was prompt and easy."
Cons: "A few too many announcements and promotions for buying stuff on board."
Cons: "People had to go a long way to find space to stow their bags. No one was telling people to put small bags under their seats."

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.

Pros: "Crew was great, on time flight, clean plane."
Cons: "Entertainments options were shockingly few. Honestly have not been on a plane recently with so few and limited options of TV series and movies. I was extremely surprised. Wish I had know and I would’ve had more options for my family."
Pros: "The plane condition."
Cons: "The flight attendants could have served some drinks in between the meals. They actually refused to serve something additionally when asked."
Pros: "Crew is excellent, polite and personal!"
Cons: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."
Pros: "Crew were excellent"
Cons: "Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger."
Pros: "Seat was good"
Cons: "Depart on time (1 hour late), hostess put a laptop in the overhead, which fell out and hit me when the bin was opened"
Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Cons: "Passenger who needed wheelchair assistance it took KLM 50 minutes to get him off plane which delayed our boarding. KLM not prepared to handle passengers with needs"
Pros: "the trip was excellent and comfortable. LOved the windows that shaded out rather than the having to pull down the plastic blind. entertainment on board top notch screen huge One hostess , Helen was absolutely fantastic and the best I ve had on my many trips. I will recommend KLM whenever I can"
Cons: "the headrest is hard. Apart from that- all was fine"
Pros: "The crew was great! The food was also much better than other airlines. And passing out whole bottles of water was much appreciated."

Every part of the flight from PHL - LHR was perfect in every way!

Some good historical or documentary or true story movies - the movies were rubbish!

Cons: "It was awful as to how uncomfortable the business class seats were. The seats were narrow and not much personal space. I would never pay to sit in business class on NA 3ver again."
Cons: "Business class on the 3.5 hour flight was just blocking the middle seat in the front of the plane. No leg room, narrow seats. My husband is 6’4”” with wide shoulders. His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration."
Pros: "Efficient crew on board"
Cons: "Long lines, late plane, could have started with two ticket people instead of one since plane was already late. Friendly crew though"
Pros: "BA did everything right. Weather caused hours of delays on tens of flights. Airport was not prepared to manage the volume"
Cons: "Over 2.5 hours delay"
Cons: "Plane was very old. Seat rock hard. When I pulled the foot rest down the fabric was coming off to reveal years worth of food crumbs. Disgusting. TV screen was tiny. Seemed sort of staff, took them ages to bring food around, toilet was unclean with no toilet roll towards the end of flight."
Cons: "On a flight to Budapest, budapest airport had issues that forced us to land in Austria. 5 hours later we’ve been completely abandoned in an empty airport while all the other planes that landed paid for their customers transport. It’s 4am, we have not been given food water or a plan as to how we will get to our destination. The plane crew basically told us we are on our own and left. This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights"
Pros: "Because someone was sitting in my seat, I was moved to one near the exit which has more legroom, without having to pay £28. The flight was on time and we were kept well informed of some chaos that was happening around push back."
Cons: "The atrocious check-in process - why only 24 hours or less? Why are you always allocated a seat between other people. Why is it almost impossible to change that? - oh yes, because BA want you to pay a premium to avoid the hassle."
Pros: "I liked that they had a veggie option for food for dinner service."
Cons: "I didn't like the British Airways terminal at Heathrow - everything was automated. There was no human interaction and the ground staff was scarce therefore it was difficult to ask any questions."
Cons: "This flight has a record of being late 90% the times i use it"
Pros: "Nothing much every other plane is more comfortable."
Cons: "We were five people with five carry-on lugages and five small individual bags. The people in boarding tried to charge us €76 for each one of the bags for a total of €380 extra. We managed to put three of those bags inside our suitcases but we were still charged for two very small bags €152."
Pros: "Typical low cost airline. Not Much to praise"
Cons: "Flight delayed two hours. Terminal for exit in Budapest for final boarding on Tarmac basically a tin warehouse. Stood a very long time. On tarmac and busses in Paris. Reason it’s low cost."
Pros: "I liked that we made it safely. That’s about it."
Cons: "No delays, more information, good communication and some compensating!"
Pros: "Boarding was smooth and a far better experience than EasyJet's competitors"
Pros: "New plane, so seats were much more comfortable than the ones going out on an older Easyjet plane"
Cons: "Should not have booked through Lastminute, as could not check in online before. Caused loads of problems. EasyJet could not sit us together. Our carry-on baggage ended up being placed in the hold, which is a pain."
Pros: "Easy ticketing and check-in, boarding was quick and efficient, flight arrived earlier"
Cons: "Seat a bit cramped and it was a bit hot on-flight"
Pros: "Professional crew"
Cons: "2-hour delay due to "crew welfare issues" Even after a 2-hour delay, they let more cabin baggage on board than was possible to stow in the lockers, resulting in rather chaotic scenes around transfer of baggage to the hold, and adding toi delay.. Entirely avoidable"
Pros: "EasyJet is always a good option. Baggage is included which is not common these days among small airlines. Flight attendants are very friendly."
Pros: "The staff were friendly"
Cons: "The passengers were arse holes bit the crew dealt with it well"
