Not so good. I paid for a preference economic seat, and I couldn’t incline it back because it was blocked. They explained me that because is the last before emergency exit. The company new that but it was not explained in the seat selection
It was on time. Snacks could have been provided for free.
Tirana was crazy check in and getting bussed to another gate. Both Germany stops were intensive customs but organized, but that wasn't the airlines problem. The crews were fabulous on the planes. The announcements were not easy to understand in English, slurred speech. Customs inthe US were fast. We waited for luggage, three later arriving planes had their luggage and left before us
Business class old style from 10 years ago. Ok for short flights but nor for 12 hours journey. The passenger near the window have to jump over the passenger seat aisle side or wake him up to upright the seat. That’s not the business class that you expect on long night flight. Seats are not so confortable. And believe it or not no wifi!
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

Low cost carrier, you get what you pay for. Cardboard-quality seat, no recline, minimum pitch, bus-to-board service (no jetbridge), and overworked/underpaid flight attendants. But, they got the job done on-time with no major catastrophes.
The behavior of the front desk and lack of explanation of hidden fees and prices in emails send pre-flight marred things up. 1 star

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.
Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

The seats are horribly uncomfortable. We were in premium economy and paid a premium price yet, the seats were the worst! You could feel every structural bar in the seat, there was no padding, no amenities kit, and the leg rests were broken. Duct tape was holding another seat together. When we arrived at our final destination, Venice, my suitcase was ripped open, and my clothes were about to fall out of the bag. I would’ve been more comfortable if I flew a paper airplane across the Atlantic.
The flight was great. I don’t know about the food because I was asleep and they didn’t leave me any.
There wasn't a time for neither food morning entertainment in a short one hour hop over.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines
No online or self check in. Sent emails in Italian language. In general, not recommended airline company.
You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
Premium Economy was average for class. Seat comfort was just okay. Crew was attentive. Checkin was fine and moved quickly. Boarding process in Rome was not well organized.
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Boarding is a mess. They never check group # so lots of people crowding in. Comfortable seats this flight. I had an empty seat next to me, very convenient. Food was really not good, but I was starved. The pizza snack thing was horrible. Crew was grand. They really make it enjoyable.
Crew very helpful and friendly. Food is so so. Main meal is not always the best. Did have a choice of a snack part way which was either a cookie, corn snack, or similar. Second kind of meal was basically like a pizza pastry that really wasn’t a favorite but probably a European snack? Screens and selections of movies, tv and such were good. No WI-Fi unless you buy so no free texting or such on the long flight but I think that might be any overseas flight.
LCY airport is an amazing airport and I love the flight from LCY to FRA with BA. Efficient, easy, comfortable and great luggage allownace with BA. I iused to fly predominantley LH, but the service and price - benefit ratio of Lufthansa has deteriorated a lot over the last 5 years. Whereas BA keeps an excellent service level with friendly staff.
Flight Attendant Karen Lynn was an absolute delight. She assisted in every portion of the services provided throughout the flight, aided with any and all concerns expressed by passengers, and even helped comfort an upset child who was one of five of a traveling family. This quality of service is what keeps me coming back to American. Thank you!
The airplane was old. Some things didn’t work out of middle seat was broken. The rest was OK.
The worst, flight cancelled because the aircraft was not full. Heathrow ground crew totally not helpful and arrogant. Lady proposed us flight with 40min layover instead of direct and said it is our problem of course she was unable to do anything as everything was beyond her control she claimed. after calling on hotline another flight was booked. Flight was cancelled last second so we could not take direct from Zurich but we had to stay overnight in London.
Very quick boarding. I was surprised we only got a small water and small thing of cookies, everything else was for purchase. No entertainment. Crew was excellent though.
Flight delayed in terms of boarding and Kayak was great in updating but the team on the groping at British Airways were really poor
A basic tea/ coffee and a snack could be provided especially for long distance flyers.
The information in the airport, and the app was different. Be aware. Different terminals in Stuttgart, so we had to walk a lot. It's a small airport so it wasn't a big deal, but it was ludicrous to see the error in the app.
The crew at Check-in was very helpful. It’s was appreciate.
It’s a budget airline. You get what you pay for. They insisted on getting us out of the gate and into our slot on time. They got us to the destination safely. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. What more could we want
Half an hour delay. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Heaven!
Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.
To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.
