On one of the flights, the situation became sufficiently frustrating that a passenger openly expressed their dissatisfaction. Despite these complaints, we did not observe any meaningful improvement or receive an adequate explanation. The fact that members of our group experienced similar conditions on two separate aircraft is particularly concerning. We recognize that cabin temperatures may vary during a flight; however, the prolonged discomfort and the apparent lack of an effective response significantly affected our travel experience. Passengers reasonably expect a long-haul international flight to provide a tolerable cabin environment. When multiple passengers raise concerns about their comfort or well-being, those concerns should be acknowledged and addressed professionally.

My screen was broken so now movies, etc, but I didn’t really mind. They did work on it, so good effort on their part.
Arm rests are too small and too close. No screens, movie selection was very limited and poor. Food is pretty much overpriced cheap convenience store food.

Check in slow even though completed online check in, there was no bag drop available so had to query for 90mins as only 2 staff on desks.
Flying to a far away destination is a miracle in itself, so please take these with a grain of salt. The seats are a bit tired, and need a freshen up. The entertainment could be a bit newer, especially with all services available now. The food really is where we need help. But again, flying is a privilege, so all is good.
Never book through a third party. Book through Air transats website. Terrible process to get help and many issues happen with them and sister companies because half the flights you book with them aren’t even through air transat.
From what I saw there was no entertainment. Similar to my flight to London, I personally would like the attendants to be more interactive during the flight.
Airline Rep at Gatwick condescending and a very poor representative for this airline did request his name but he refused. Will certainty think twice to fly with this airline in future.
For some reason pretty much all zones were called almost one after the other and we all ended up standing without moving for what seemed like a long time. Definitely not WestJet’s fault. Likely the guys in hiviz vests at boarding desk. The big problem was zero explanation. If there is a good reason for something people will understand. As a consequence of this delay flight was quite late leaving. Zero entertainment on board. I’m a Rewards member but was unable to connect to the Wifi. First world problems, I know. Flight was otherwise excellent.
It wasn’t bad but I swear their planes keep getting smaller and cramped so it was uncomfortable for such a long time. Also the food is just okay they need some different options
The gate personnel and flight attendants were all friendly and diligent. The poor attendants from London to Calgary were 2 colleagues short, as one of their team broke her leg on the way to work, and the other stayed with the invited colleague. I felt bad for the crew, but they did a great job regardless.
We purchased premium flex tickets for our overseas flight to London. I have food, allergies, so I knew I wouldn't be able to get a full meal. WestJet doesn't seem to provide any way for people like myself to register their allergies ahead of time. I was given one small package of crackers and cheese as my meal. I was told there were no more packages available and no other alternatives for food. The flight attendant seemed quite disinterested in providing service. That stands in stark contrast to other Westjet flights where the flight attendants have gone out of their way to provide service.
Delayed 2 days in London England - very poor communication from Westjet
Westjet food has really gone downhill- bring snacks and food of your own as the meals are very tiny and heavy on potatoes bread and rice. Pasta with a side salad of potato salad or rice/quinoa salad doesn’t make nutritional sense. Overcooked green beans. Both Protein and veg/fruit deficient.
The silly breakfast snack and SMALL lunch foodservice was pathetic.
Everything could have been better, crew didn’t smile once, seats were so hard, food was average

The plane was dirty and parts were broken. Really run down. My table kept falling down because the latch was broken. Flight attendants were just plain old mean. Don't waste your money going to Canada unless you absolutely have to. It's a hellhole.
I did not like the fact that the first leg of our trip from Canada to Nassau was delayed by 3 hours so we missed our connection to London. But yet the follow day our flight never left Canada until about 1:10 the following morning. Only 2 of the 3 persons in my group was issued meal vouchers. We lost a day of sightseeing in London. On the Canada to Nassau London I requested a cup of water which the stewardess shrug me off and never brought it
Unfortunately, my experience with Air Canada was not as great as I had hoped. The flight attendants were not very friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant. I expected better customer service and a more positive attitude from the crew. I hope Air Canada takes this feedback into consideration and works to improve the passenger experience.
great flights both ways on time both ways.staff(ladies) where great at check-in.
We travelled from London to Halifax. Customer service was excellent.fron the day we booked until arriving. The gate was only a short frombthe waiting area and walk Boarding was efficiently handled and plane took off on time. The service on the plane was very good. Fool an acceptable drandard Only downside was that the legroom was tight for anybody just over 6ft tall and am usually able to travel without difficulty. I will definitely fly with Air Canada again but next time pay for extr space.
Was disappointed when landing in Canada was made to wait for over 1 hour with several other parents and babies for our strollers . The expectation was that the gate checked strollers would be there when exiting aircraft. This was not the case we were told to walk to a point and wait for them . After being left there and not being updated we were met with very hostile and rude air canada staff . There where no apologies or understanding even though all the children where very uncomfortable and the parents very frustrated as you can imagine . Instead the air canada staff at the airport where very rude and made an already frustrating situation much worse instead of trying to assure the parents that that were making effort to fix the situation. One gentleman in particular was very rude to some parents telling them to move when they were simply seeking information. He made the other parents including myself feel very uncomfortable. He also told a gentleman he was capturing images of everyones boarding pass when this was untrue as he was only taking a photo of the gentleman pass which was strange.
It was good, seating was a little tight apart from that all was well.

Horrible delays and confusion at all Air Canada counters. Flight was delayed well over 6 hours with little to no communication. Was o my offered a $15 food voucher and $200 Air Canada voucher—-neither of which did I need or have desire to use. Will never fly this airline again.
The food could be improved. The meat was OK and hot but the bread and cake was stale. There was however plenty to drink.
I was given a seat in economy plus on the way there and economy on the way back. That was wierd.
