Cons: "My main comment is that the wi-fi didn't work for all passengers. One of the reasons I flew this airline was because they promise reliable wi-fi on the flight and despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, it never worked."
Cons: "Gary was his name. I went up to go to the bathroom, I had heard the announcement prior to that and no one had mentioned anything about seatbelts or staying in my seat. I made sure before I got up. As I get up he approaches me and said "you need to stay in your seat, began to shake his head,"they mentioned it like 5 times", he then said. I really dont appreciate the attitude. It's not what you say it's how you say it. Work on your attitude Gary from JetBlue"

One crew member cut in line at the restroom when there was 3 of us waiting to go. Another told me my husband couldn’t receive his meal because he was napping and then he quickly walked away— Yet i received mine on the flight coming to Australia when my husband asked for me? Sanitation between flights should be more strict-my headphones were opened which lead me to believe my pillow wasn’t changed either, since one had a case and one didn’t."

Cons: "The following experience goes down in history as the worst ever because: we had a 3.5 year old child, and mom and dad seated directly in front of our row. The couple ignored the instructions to move seats forward during meals making it impossible to eat. They placed their luggage in the overhead compartment belonging to both rows, which wasn't a problem if they hadn't proceeded to open and close the compartment every 20 minutes. The 300 pd dad repeatedly stepped on my broken toe while reaching for his luggage, while rattling around and disturbing sleeping passengers. And, sadly the child repeatedly threw temper tantrums without any care or effort of intervention from the parents. In short, they terrorized the surrounding travellers. In contrast, my outbound flight, also had a family seated in the row directly in front. This family was the antithesis, considerate and respectful of their fellow passengers. Susan Laws"
Pros: "Everything about my flights on Virgin Atlantic was amazing. The plane was new and comfortable, the seats seemed to recline more than in other airplane I have been. The entertainment was good with a wide selection of movies and TV shows. The crew was incredibly nice and helpful and I had a really pleasant time talking with them. On the airport team side I can also say they were extremely helpful as I missed my flight and they promptly rebooked me on the next one 3h later, free of charge. I think the stress of missing a flight was completely deflected by the help of the Virgin Atlantic crew at the desk so thank you for that!"

Cons: "Slight problem with making my seat into a bed, which wasn't fixable. Movies were good, except for the trailers before and after each, which seemed to take forever! Didn't get the seats my wife and originally booked with China Southern/Delta, but the substitution was quite adequate! Problems with checking in on flights, as neither airline seemed to be able to deal with this split ticket! But they tried very hard to make thing up to us, which goes a long way to making us feel like we are valued customers!"

Cons: "What I did not like was the process to go to the assigned air terminal in El Salvador, the process was slow and we took the flight at the end of the last one. The same was the process from Los Angeles to Seattle that was our scale. Process too long and go back through security, the boarding gate was almost closed. I think that for these cases they should leave more time for the stopovers that come from international flights. For my part I did not choose this option, since I was traveling with a person with mobility problems and separated the group for admission to the process of entering the USA."

It looks like American Airlines hopes to exchange your reality with virtuality, but our bodies that we are for some reason taking with us on that itinerary - suffer."

Cons: "Ran out of food options from SFO to HEL. I was sitting towards the end of the plane ... and no more chicken so got stuck with the pork and mashed potatoes options. Need more coffee aboard the flight. ANA cleans the bathroom periodically, and wouldn't be bad to do the same on long flights. The arm rest between seats don't go all the way up, only half way. If the person in front of you is asleep during meal service, the FA (flight attendant) won't lift the seat and it may be a very uncomfortable meal experience. Other airlines will have the FA do it themselves. ...and you need to be careful about staying awake to get food (otherwise you can get forgotten)."

Cons: "Staff was very rude and not accommodating. I asked for water at one point and I was told I could only get tea or coffee. The team lacked a human component. I had been traveling since 8am Milan time without being able to get any food or coffee because I was jumping from plane to plane when I finally had 10 minutes to spare I grabbed a coffee and before even taking a sip I was told I couldn’t bring hot beverages on the plane. I wasn’t given an explanation just that I had to toss it out in a waste basket before even stepping onto the platform. I travel a lot for work and have always been allowed to bring my coffee onboard so this was not only a shock to me but very upsetting because this coffee would have been the only thing I would have in my stomach since dinner the night before, it was already 3pm Dublin time. Highly suggest customer service training for this airline. Another note, your team at baggage claim in Dublin gave us the wrong information about hour Aer Lingus and British Airways work. We were told that since we were switching airlines and even though our bags were tagged to go from Milan to London to Dublin to LA that we were responsible to recheck our luggage in with Aer Lingus. So not only did we have to grab our bags but go through customs and check in lines from departures. Needless to say we were running to our gate but not before someone in checking station telling us that we didn’t have to worry about the bags because they would have made it even though they were on the baggage claim belt in Dublin. It goes without saying, I will never fly with Aer Lingus or recommend it to anyone I know."
