Luggage delayed and delivers 24 hours later … broken. No resolution… no response. We don’t have a suitcase for the rest of our 2 week trip
It was great like always had all my 3 luggage and I got to my destination safely

Spacious and clean aircraft. Good food. Economy will always be squeezed but thankfully I had an aisle seat for stretching exercises. Good selection of movies, particularly Spike Lee joint.
Unfriendly, 8 hours delayed, no lounge access even flying business. Don’t fly Brussels
Flight from London was delayed so missed the connecting flight. Taking 2 days to get to destination which should have only taken a few hours.
Suitcase didn’t arrive to Stockholm. Chairs y comfy and not even water is offered
I never board the flight. My visa was delayed and when I tried calling Kayak, no one answer and I still have not heard from anyone.
Really slow transfer after getting off the plane at Manchester, and lost luggage! Take the train, terrible experience on arrival
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
I didn’t take that flight. My original flight was cancelled from Los Angeles. They rebooked me following day through Montreal My flight was LAX to YUL and YUL GVA
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
Paid for first class and was surprised that the seats were the same in economy except no one was in the middle seat. I expected an actual first class seat.
Captain handled the precaution of return to stand very well.
This flight had seats that were more comfortable than the trans-Atlantic flight I had come on. Boarding, however, was atrocious. There was no point in boarding groups since everyone ended up on the same bus to get on the plane. And the bus ride took forever to get to the plane. The snacks can barely even qualify as snacks. Make sure you bring your own or eat before getting on,
