While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

3 hours late, came at my final destination without any of my luggage.

Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.

Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment

I spent 4 hours untill get my bags no food no entertainment on the flight

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Very uncomfortable chair. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced. The AC dis not work, kept us on the plane for over an hour with no water and air condition

I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds

when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant
