My luggage was left behind in Miami. I wasn’t the only one. I couldn’t get a boarding pass from air Maroc but I got one from American Airlines for the air Maroc leg. I had the sense of getting in line with air Maroc boarding crew and showed them my AA boarding pass for air Maroc and I got a new one from them. There were several passengers filing missing bags reports in Casablanca so I assume there isn’t a good coordination between airlines. My AA bag ticket says Casablanca but it is from AA. I wasn’t the only one missing a bag.

Improve food quality and clean the seat . Bathrooms not clean

The flight itself was fine. The flight was delayed for nearly 10 hours and there was inconsistent communication about why it was delayed.

Educate your crew members they need to understand what their job is and customers service and be human.

Babies, crying, movies and sound doesn’t working overpacked and delayed flight

While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.

Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment

Adequate. Served our purpose of getting there safely. Nothing to rave about. Decent value for the amount paid

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.
