Good flight, clean, well mannered/respectful Staff, .food are OK. Affordable price range
Copenhaguen airport is not very efficient, signs are not clear enough. Too much walking.
The crew was amazing. Our seats was not very clean and even that was not a full flight but our seats was right beside the WC which did not let us to have a moment of rest.
Cheap business class has everything you'd expect except the large seats with good leg room. There was priority boarding, lounge access, great meal in-flight. Great value for the money, and I would do it again.
When leaving Florence the speaker at kiosk didn’t work and couldn’t hear directions. Then, at the layover at Copenhagen we all rushed to “board” as directed but were then quarintined in a room to wait with no food. Then we sat on the plane for hour and 15 min for a delay where they had to call a fire truck. My screen was broken on my second flight. Then we waited on the tarmac for a delay of 45 min on the plane again when we landed at Logan.
The quality of the food was 👍 excellent , I would have like to have in my meal : eggs and a protein bread, or dark bread , mayonnaise and a big cop for the coffee , cuz I am a coffee lover!
Online check in of SAS is very poor. Even the kiosks at London had system problems. Either it would print boarding tickets or luggage tags. Many other customers had problems . SAS staff was good and helped.
When we arrived in Bergen and opened our suitcases, we were shocked! We checked 2 of 3 suitcases and the contents of these 2 suitcases was completely wet!!! It was raining in Oslo and Bergen, but not a hard rain. It seems that someone had gone through our suitcases. There was even sand in the suitcase such that everything had to be laundered when we got to Bergen! We had plastic bags in our suitcases and they had been opened and the interiors of the bags were wet!!! Our valuables were all in our carry-on so nothing was actually stolen. What happened here was unacceptable! There is someone working for Scandinavian Airlines who is not honest and really messed things up for us. Not so sure I would fly SAS again… Marna Skaar
Flight was delayed slightly but was very smooth. It was a short flight but comfortable.
Little space and no pad provide for lie flat seats in business, Movies were limited and grouping very strange.
Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
Flight was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes. Aircraft was cramped, dirty and uncomfortable. Boarding staff more interested in charging you for oversize baggage than getting you on board. Overall not a pleasant experience.
It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
It was appalling, full of young people who were drunk and disobeying instructions to sit down. Crew did nothing to enforce. There was a Ryanair pilot sitting in the aisle opposite me who talked through out the safety briefing so loudly I couldn’t hear. Whole thing felt unsafe
Delayed for 2 hours lack of communication no refreshments as promised and the drinks on board were not as ordered and refused to refund
We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.
Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.
My flight was delayed 1 hour. My Mood was not great
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge
