For some reason pretty much all zones were called almost one after the other and we all ended up standing without moving for what seemed like a long time. Definitely not WestJet’s fault. Likely the guys in hiviz vests at boarding desk. The big problem was zero explanation. If there is a good reason for something people will understand. As a consequence of this delay flight was quite late leaving. Zero entertainment on board. I’m a Rewards member but was unable to connect to the Wifi. First world problems, I know. Flight was otherwise excellent.

It wasn’t bad but I swear their planes keep getting smaller and cramped so it was uncomfortable for such a long time. Also the food is just okay they need some different options

Not sure what happened, but for some reason we had to sit on the plane for an extra 10 minutes once we arrived in Abbotsford. Obviously, it was an engine issue.

The gate personnel and flight attendants were all friendly and diligent. The poor attendants from London to Calgary were 2 colleagues short, as one of their team broke her leg on the way to work, and the other stayed with the invited colleague. I felt bad for the crew, but they did a great job regardless.

We purchased premium flex tickets for our overseas flight to London. I have food, allergies, so I knew I wouldn't be able to get a full meal. WestJet doesn't seem to provide any way for people like myself to register their allergies ahead of time. I was given one small package of crackers and cheese as my meal. I was told there were no more packages available and no other alternatives for food. The flight attendant seemed quite disinterested in providing service. That stands in stark contrast to other Westjet flights where the flight attendants have gone out of their way to provide service.

Delayed 2 days in London England - very poor communication from Westjet

Very efficient crew. Plane was newer and clean. Would have liked gluten free snack options.

It was good but not comfortable seat with the long legged persons.

I will definitely book another west jet flight again. In fact, I just booked more flights with WestJet and I booked some for my friends.

The in-flight was not working. Fortunately had Netflix downloaded. Flight was not full so extra seats available (unlike the trip down). Flight crew was great.
