The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)

I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??

I'm was lucky to have an exit row seat, regular seats were so tight people had trouble getting out of them and could not bend over to pick up a dropped item. Soon there will be standing room only.

We were never offfered a snack! The people in the rows ahead of us got a snack and the people behind us did as well. Last leg of a 3 flight series of about 13 hours (and overnight), so some coffee and a small snack would have been enjoyed.

Having a little bit more room, footrest and legrest do really make a difference on the long haul flight. The little touches like being greeted with a glass of wine or water, having proper silverware with the main meal really mitigate the general misery of long haul flying. The main meal is really quite delicious as well. You also get provided with socks, toothbrush, mask and nice headphones.

Honestly, the seats are really quite hard and could use a little more padding! They give you a little cushion which I ended up sitting on to relieve pressure on my tailbone. The coffee that came with the box lunch was fine but if you wanted cream you were out of luck. Instead a tiny amount of milk was provided. At least you got some caffeine!

The Dreamliner is excellent. Everything is new. I surprisingly enjoyed the games available in the personal entertainment screen.

For an 11-hour flight, I was surprised that pillows and blankets were not offered--especially since the AC was blasting out cold air. I was freezing throughout the entire flight and ended up getting a cold that I'm still recovering from. The only other issue I had was the lack of variety in movies and tv shows. Most were obscure movies and shows that I had never heard of. More recent/relevant options would be appreciated.

I had reserved the 2 back seats of the aircraft--a row of only those 2 seats--so I could sleep against the window and my husband would still have the legroom he needs. Unfortunately those seats on the actual aircraft ended up being in a 3 seat row and getting a window seat and middle seat. Having booked the flight 8+ months prior, we were disappointed that we had less comfortable seats than originally reserved.

Unfortunately we didn't receive notification that the originally scheduled flight no longer existed. We had paid a higher price to use the regional airport. When attempting to check-in online, there was no flight. The new flight involved a 2 hour drive to a different and added 2 weeks of parking charges that we wouldn't have otherwise had.

You randomly bumped many of us when your plane had trouble. Left us in Stockholms airport hotel while my non refundable Nice hotel went empty. Took hours for you guys to make a plan. I like the bubbly upbeat attitude of the flight attendants interacting excellently in English and other languages and also how they dealt with an angry passenger.

Brand new planes - on board crew was pleasant and the flights were smooth and on time.

Ridiculous size restrictions on carry-on. If you can pack your clothes in a wallet, then you should be able to carry on at no cost. Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure.

Boarding was announced as last call 5 minutes after the gate was announced. Seats were uncomfortable with little legroom. Even for a value airline.

Flight attendants tried their best given what they had to work with.

They can not retire these old Boeing 747's soon enough. Due to mechanical problems, our flight arrived at LAXfour and a half hours late and further problems with the cargo door caused an additional one hour delay of our take off.

Having a little bit more room, footrest and legrest do really make a difference on the long haul flight. The little touches like being greeted with a glass of wine or water, having proper silverware with the main meal really mitigate the general misery of long haul flying. The main meal is really quite delicious as well. You also get provided with socks, toothbrush, mask and nice headphones.

Honestly, the seats are really quite hard and could use a little more padding! They give you a little cushion which I ended up sitting on to relieve pressure on my tailbone. The coffee that came with the box lunch was fine but if you wanted cream you were out of luck. Instead a tiny amount of milk was provided. At least you got some caffeine!

They offered gate check of bags due to very full flight, had they not, boarding would have been a nightmare as minimal storage overhead and very little under seat.

I'm was lucky to have an exit row seat, regular seats were so tight people had trouble getting out of them and could not bend over to pick up a dropped item. Soon there will be standing room only.

Fortunately, BA got us on another flight--so our vacation plans weren't totally ruined!

Unfortunately we didn't receive notification that the originally scheduled flight no longer existed. We had paid a higher price to use the regional airport. When attempting to check-in online, there was no flight. The new flight involved a 2 hour drive to a different and added 2 weeks of parking charges that we wouldn't have otherwise had.

Nice aircraft and nice flight overall!

I had reserved the 2 back seats of the aircraft--a row of only those 2 seats--so I could sleep against the window and my husband would still have the legroom he needs. Unfortunately those seats on the actual aircraft ended up being in a 3 seat row and getting a window seat and middle seat. Having booked the flight 8+ months prior, we were disappointed that we had less comfortable seats than originally reserved.

They had new movies (I watched La La Land a few others). Their entertainment options are good and the in-cabin electronics work well enough.

We have taken 6 trans-atlantic flights with Norwegian, and *all* of them have been delayed by multiple hours. They clearly do not have the operational capabilities to run these long-haul flights. Our most recent flight, for which I am writing this review, was delayed by 5 hours, and on top of that, we had to wait to de-plane for 40 minutes since the small destination airport (OAK) could not handle our arrival simultaneously to another Norwegian flight; they coincided because of our astounding delay. There was no legitimate reason for the 4h45min departure delay--no mechanical issues, no weather problems, no airport issues; it was purely Norwegian failing to have their staff available, or them waiting for other delayed flights to arrive to allow those passengers to transfer. We heard absolutely zero explanation except from the pilot who said was due to Norwegian's "own operating issues". There was no staff at the boarding desk, and after the 5 hour delay, some non-Norwegian-affiliated airport employee just said "ok everyone board", because clearly they needed the gate and the Norwegian staff was dragging their feet. I have never seen anything like it: a whole crowd of disgruntled people heading to the podium with no organization. Fortunately, we were flying from Stockholm and the Swedes were all very reserved about the horrible service. In the cabin, it is no-frills as you would expect, but I continue to be disappointed by a lack of water! I can afford to order bottled water from the snack bar, and we did that, but really water should be delivered to all passengers spending 11 hours on an aircraft. The pre-ordered food was pretty bad and definitely not worth the money that they charge for it. If you compare this to a "real" airline's trans-atlantic flights, there is no comparison: Norwegian's cabin crew is a bunch of amateurs from third world countries; a major airline like Lufthansa actually cares about passenger comfort and makes 2-3 times as many rounds through the cabin to deliver things like water, food, wine, hot towels, etc. I think this will be our sixth and final Norwegian trans-atlantic flight. Within Europe, we have had much better experiences with Norwegian.

Free Wifi on a budget airline is great!

Flight was about 20-30 minutes late in departing and there were absolutely no announcements and no-one at the boarding counter to keep customers informed. People were left standing in a a crowded room which was too small for all the passengers while no announcement was made. Even when they finally boarded, there was no recognition of the flight being late and no apology. One we were on board, the cabin crew then made a rather abrupt and rude announcement telling the passengers to board quickly otherwise we would lose our slot time and be delayed by a further one hour. Fortunately that additional delay did not happen. However, I did not appreciate the passengers being berated for "slow" boarding when the flight was boarded 20-30 minutes late.

You randomly bumped many of us when your plane had trouble. Left us in Stockholms airport hotel while my non refundable Nice hotel went empty. Took hours for you guys to make a plan. Then next days flight was 2 hours delayed. Literally spent 24 hours in an airport or plane for a 3 hour flight. Miserable customer service. No human customer service at the airport. No way to get thru on phone. No way to contact online. Terrible experience. J Raj

The new plane was very nice and had great entertainment options for the long flight home.

The airport runway was shut down for 3 hours and we were stuck on the taxi waiting which made the flight seem much longer than it should've been. Not Norweigian's fault.
