Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.
Great flight experience although the food served was not up to the usual SQ standards with the main being too saucy.
There were no vegetarian options on flight from India. Then on the next flight there was no chosen entree available. Movie selection was mediocre
It was fine but my trip from Narita Japan to L.A kind of mediocre because did not get the assigned window seat.
It was good overall. What I liked most was the restrooms. Compared to other airlines, the restrooms seem larger and look clean. The seats also look clean. The attendants are nice, except one time during the flight. I was sitting on aisle and a man sitting window. He asked an attendant for a snack. She told him to go ahead and get some snack from the section with food storage (I am not sure how it is called). So, I had to get up to let him get out from his seat. Why she did not bring him some snacks so that I would not have to move, I do not know... I was kind of surprised how inconsiderate the attendant was.
JOKE of a company with the most Ridiculous policies. JAL is amazing, KAYAK/UNDERPRICER is the worst company I have ever dealt with, NEVER AGAIN
Very helpful,I was trapped in a window seat with geriatric people, other stewards brought me stuff since I couldn't move for myself on a 12 hour flight
Although delayed leaving the crew were lovely, comfort of the seats was excellent. Cabin was a little too warm but overall the best economy flight we have taken
It was just fine. The sirlines did live up fully to my expectation.
Excellent experience however older aeroplanes used by China Eastern Airlines.
Better good than most, if not all European airlines. If you’re stuck in an economy seat anyways, China Eastern is a good choice because of shorter flight time, being able to overfly Russia
The temperature of the plane cabin is too hot. Sweat and uncomfortable. Also my food tray was broken down drinks fall off
Reasonable. What they offer during the flight is not great, but the crew is polite and try to compensate it.

Great staff and food. Seats pretty uncomfortable but plenty of legroom. Entertainment system outdated.
The landings were smooth . Being unable to check-in online was terribly stressful and the queue at Haneda exemely long. We paid extra for window seats and did not get them.
Flight was fine, however we were not able to check in online, this adds to travel stress. Luckily check-in at Heathrow was quick, but we did not get the seats we paid extra for. We paid for a window and 2 aisle seats from Shanghai to Tokyo leg, but they changed us to middle seats. Not good :(
