It was a great experience for my first time flying with this airline. I will be flying with them a lot more now. Plane crew was amazing.
The TV wasn't working No music for the whole flight from JFK to LOS It was too burring.
To the Ethiopian Airlines Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent travel experience with Ethiopian Airlines on flight 629/352. Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell significantly short of the standards I expected from your airline. I would like to highlight the following serious issues encountered during the journey: • Cabin Condition and Hygiene: The aircraft cabin was notably poorly maintained. The seating area was dirty, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the flight, which made the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. • Inadequate Service: The overall level of service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory and did not reflect a professional passenger experience. • Baggage Loss: Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage was lost. This is particularly distressing as it has caused significant personal inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. As a frequent traveler, I value reliability and a clean cabin environment. I request that you investigate these matters immediately, provide an update on the status of my missing baggage, and outline how you intend to compensate for these failures in service. Im if Ethiopian can allow customers to use their mileage for in flight connexion it will be great.
The food needs to improve especially the fish as there where only 3 fish cubes in my plate.

Again, entertainment system didn't work. 50% of aircraft don't seem to have a functional entertainment system and the crew is absolutely uninterested in fixing. They just say Addis needs to fix it. Well, Addis had better get off it's butt and fix their aircraft.
I was a good, but long trip. The airline did a good job. I would use them again.
My screen didn't work for the first 9.5 hours of the flight. The crew could not resolve. I don't watch much media so I had been really excited to relax and watch a BBC special but couldn't. Then I tried to use the online streaming on my devices - that never worked but I do have about 7 charges on my credit card that I now have to dispute with BA. Pretty annoying. Also, they ran out of meals and they served meals that had a serve by date of 1/26. But the staff were all very friendly and helpful when they could help.
Very bad check in service. They hardly spoke of any English - at least in a way to communicate. Downgraded from Business due to seat malfunction. Could not even allocate a seat in economy with an empty seat next to me. So called manager at check in was a total waste of time
My flight from Zurich to London was delayed 2hours and 45minutes. It was awful.
Not enough food for a 4 hour trip…Lack of entertainment and with no WIfi accessibility I didn’t figure it out how to access free WiFi
Not good because in this cancelled and then rebooked flight BA put me and my husband in both middle seats when we were originally seated together in original flight and i was in aisle. I hate sitting in the middle. BA food needs to be better. It was just ok. Thanks though to screw and everyone one for safe flight
Crew members were thorough in checking seatbelts and whatnot which makes me feel cared for because passenger safety is a main concern.
I was sent an email that said my card payment was not verified. When I spoke to an agent , he said my card was not verified and the flight I thought I had to booked was no longer available so I booked another flight on another airline(United). Later I got flight updates , etc., concerning my supposed first flight. So if I was charged for this flight on British Airways/American airlines, I need a refund.
The crew made it a great flight. They were friendly and attentive. They made me want to fly British Airways again.
BA has not been handling priority luggage with any special priority. This time our luggage was distinctly very slow to arrive, well after the first half of items to arrive. Business class flights cost a lot and it would be nice to have that reflected in the speed of baggage handling! (I note that this has worsened in our long experience of BA.) On a different note, we spent 2.5 hours on the plane after landing because of an airport mishap at Boston Logan. The pilot provided reasonably frequent update but more could have been done to ensure passenger comfort, such as more beverage and maybe snack services.
I purchased premier economy seats but I was seated one row off and was sitting in economy my bottle of water and cookie did not compare to the menus handed OP it in premier.
