Cons: The staff that works in the counter was very rude. My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again

Cons: The flight was delayed because of meteorological issues, and the time we had to wait on the plane could be minimized with some food and water

Cons: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Pros: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Cons: Delayed over 4 hrs, missed connecting flight as we were supposed to meet with in Frankfurt. Spent hrs getting a new itinerary, one bag never showed up in Nairobi.

Pros: Lufthansa is a great airline.

Cons: Food was so hot that it was difficult to remove the packaging to be able to eat the pasta.... Desert was ok, brownie was real hard and too sweet....

Pros: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Cons: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Cons: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Pros: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Cons: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Cons: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Pros: Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean. Ohh and the y didn’t loose my luggage (as I was travelling through connections, I was worried bit).

Cons: No food or drink is included in the price, narrow seats, delayed flight. We were already seated when it turned out the departure will be delayed by 30 mins. No toilet use during this time....

Pros: The crew was very attentive and personable during the flight.

Cons: Our departure was delayed 2 hours because an unaccompanied minor was placed on the wrong flight--UA's fault. That began a domino effect of missed connections. When the landed, We were given little information on how to re-book and had to wait in several long lines. All told, 12 hour delay to Milan

Cons: The incident when boarding could have been handled far better than experienced A passenger already on the plane mistook light shining through the vapour created by the wing De icing process and claimed the wing was on fire which lead to the plane being evacuated First issue was that all disembarking the plane had nowhere to go and were not given any instructions Secondly the return to the waiting lounge was not organised well leaving passengers roaming about the lounge and unsure what to do

Pros: We were able to bring our normal size backpacks as personal items even though they were certainly larger than the tiny personal item size limit.

Cons: We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.
