For some reason pretty much all zones were called almost one after the other and we all ended up standing without moving for what seemed like a long time. Definitely not WestJet’s fault. Likely the guys in hiviz vests at boarding desk. The big problem was zero explanation. If there is a good reason for something people will understand. As a consequence of this delay flight was quite late leaving. Zero entertainment on board. I’m a Rewards member but was unable to connect to the Wifi. First world problems, I know. Flight was otherwise excellent.
It wasn’t bad but I swear their planes keep getting smaller and cramped so it was uncomfortable for such a long time. Also the food is just okay they need some different options
The gate personnel and flight attendants were all friendly and diligent. The poor attendants from London to Calgary were 2 colleagues short, as one of their team broke her leg on the way to work, and the other stayed with the invited colleague. I felt bad for the crew, but they did a great job regardless.
We purchased premium flex tickets for our overseas flight to London. I have food, allergies, so I knew I wouldn't be able to get a full meal. WestJet doesn't seem to provide any way for people like myself to register their allergies ahead of time. I was given one small package of crackers and cheese as my meal. I was told there were no more packages available and no other alternatives for food. The flight attendant seemed quite disinterested in providing service. That stands in stark contrast to other Westjet flights where the flight attendants have gone out of their way to provide service.
Flight was 1.5 hours late because the groceries for the flight did not arrive on time. Plane was new but basic low end seats. Very basic airline

Our flight experience was great! Flight staff was funny and offered great service. Made record flying time coming home from Vegas after having to wait for planes on the tarmac because of high winds
Westjet food has really gone downhill- bring snacks and food of your own as the meals are very tiny and heavy on potatoes bread and rice. Pasta with a side salad of potato salad or rice/quinoa salad doesn’t make nutritional sense. Overcooked green beans. Both Protein and veg/fruit deficient.
The silly breakfast snack and SMALL lunch foodservice was pathetic.
Everything could have been better, crew didn’t smile once, seats were so hard, food was average

We travelled from London to Halifax. Customer service was excellent.fron the day we booked until arriving. The gate was only a short frombthe waiting area and walk Boarding was efficiently handled and plane took off on time. The service on the plane was very good. Fool an acceptable drandard Only downside was that the legroom was tight for anybody just over 6ft tall and am usually able to travel without difficulty. I will definitely fly with Air Canada again but next time pay for extr space.
I n the Toronto airport I had trouble finding my zone. It was 47. I went from Zone 1 to the end of the line.didn't find it. Then saw my zone somewhat by accident over by where you first come in. Signs could be more helpful or more personnel directing people like me.
Short delay to Regina from Toronto. No in flight entertainment, but crew were professional in their duties
Female flight attendant was SO wonderful. Funny and entertaining g and engaging. Great flight

Worst travel day I have ever had in 25+ years. Pulled off of two AC planes that were leaking and the third plane that was boarded had maintenance which delayed the flight for over another hour! A total of 10 hours spent at Pearson International before finally taking off! These planes were over 25 years old! Update your equipment!
When I arrived in Calgary I discovered my plane was reassigned to a more profitable route and I was left stranded in Calgary. I had to rent a car and drove 8 hours to get home at my own expense. 2 of my last 3 flights with Air Canada were cancelled and the 3rd one was delayed 2 hours. Air Canada is an unreliable airline. Choose another airline if you can!
Was kinda tight in the seats no leg room. Seats uncomfortable. Maps cpuldnt keep up Allot of ports not working. But was an amazing ezperience.
Long time for luggage to show up. I know pearson is short staffed but it was a long time.
