The food and so are to expensive and old . Crew whas not very friendly . Apparently some other passenger can just Push through the waiting people to board while almost punching me and a father with a child down the stairs. Its always something with easy jet . The seats of row 26 where lose . And for a guy of my size there is absolutely no leg room at all .
Nice to fly out of Orly smaller easier to navigate airport. Being able to receive boarding pass well in advance of trip was comforting to know all travel was in order.

Generally a good experience except for boarding in Naples on the flight back to London. We were all standing around for at least 20 minutes maybe longer as there was no seating.
Seats, WC,sizes for today's generation adults, and if technical problems arise a complimentary coffee, water nice for waiting one hours, the rest is perfect (pilot and cabin crew)
Boarding was smooth and quick. Flight departed on time. Equally evacuation upon landing was from both the front door and the back doors. Bags were on the conveyor belts before I got there. Excellent service.
The terminals are far away, be prepared to walk. Also, You climb stairs to the plane since there are no aero bridges. Boarding was haphazard not in multiple groups, so stand in line early. Hard to find place to stow cabin baggage if you are behind in the line. You can purchase food on the plane. There are vegetarian options.
First -the flight was late - more than two hours Second, not even a bottle of water at bord to give for free for this inconvenience. Three-at landing ive realised that I've lost one of my ear plug headphones and been very desperate to find it with my torch, the crew not helped at all more than that they asked to leave the plane as everyone did before me. This was the last flight from that day- extra 5 min for me with a bit of help from crew - would have bring a super review. I guess this days humanity disappeared!

Not happy with price of luggage or that we had no choice but to pay whether cabin or hold. I didn't book seats but this is unnecessary extra money along with suitcase
I had heard horror stories about Ryan air and was a little worried about my flights with them but I had 3 flights with them in Italy, Puglia and Sicily and it was a painless and smooth process. I was very happy.
Ryan air flight was good. Nothing to complain about. I had heard absolute horror stories about Ryan air so was worried about the flight but everything went smoothly. We have had two Ryan air flights with no problems. Last flight is Vernon come. Palermo to Milan. Fingers crossed.
Flight was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes. Aircraft was cramped, dirty and uncomfortable. Boarding staff more interested in charging you for oversize baggage than getting you on board. Overall not a pleasant experience.
From boarding to disembarking, the whole operation was very efficient.
What we can expect? Soon we will have to travel standing on the hallway. Let me be fair, I had worse experiences with Ryanair.

It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
On time arrival but the aircraft had seen better days and needed a deep clean.
It was appalling, full of young people who were drunk and disobeying instructions to sit down. Crew did nothing to enforce. There was a Ryanair pilot sitting in the aisle opposite me who talked through out the safety briefing so loudly I couldn’t hear. Whole thing felt unsafe
Delayed for 2 hours lack of communication no refreshments as promised and the drinks on board were not as ordered and refused to refund
The check in process is chaotic. It says partially checked-in. Never heard of such a thing. Then lost our reserved seats when we finally checked in at the airport. The seats don’t recline. Then we had to get mew boarding passes at the connection. Last, my companion lost her baggage and up to now there’s no update. We’re already half-way through our vacation and still no news what happened to the luggage.
Wonderful! Everyone very helpful and kind. Returning flight was cancelled but rebooking was easy.
Pretty normal flight was delayed due to traffic could have missed connecting flight to Venice but crew kept us well informed so we made it
Flight was on time and pretty standard. No Hiccups. I have no complaints, which is a lot to say about a 12 hour flight.
-The seats could be roomier -The entertainment in English could be more current! The moves were very old!!! -They served too many carbs! What happened to fruit and yogurt!!!!
We upgraded to premium economy and it made a difference in a 12 hr flight. I didn’t like that we had to deplane in the tarmac with our carryon luggage. Other than that, it was ok.

Staff were nice, we left on time and arrived early, food was good. Unfortunately, they lost one of our bags and have been unable to find it. So we are in Italy for a week for my husband‘s birthday and he does not have any of his clothing.
They gave us sandwiches as a meal twice. Snacks mid flight with cookies and a tuna panini. Then just the same tuna panini for dinner. That was it.
Top notch re cleanliness, comfort, operational. Attendants attentive, cheerful, courteous and professional. An unusually high-grade experience all around.
Overall, the food and entertainment were great. The staff were amazing, polite and professional. They did not have WiFi on board on this leg but that was okay. There was a delay in boarding from London and landing at Mumbai airport but the pilot communicate DC the reason for the delayed landing. They even sent us an apology afterwards for the delayed landing.
I was in a bulkhead seat and my tray table wasn't level. Eating was difficult.

Flight on time and priority boarding worked. I travelled economy although business was available as no flights are cheap these days and at least with BA loyalty card I get a baggage allowance for nothing. That made the flight comparable or even cheaper than the ‘budget’ alternative. As for catering and entertainment - not on a BA short haul economy ! At least we were offered biscuits and water! Catering for economy short haul has been reduced to the minimum - no tea or coffee or other drinks than water (from a large bottle with a paper cup on offer). They will say this is better for the environment, which it is, but proper waste management is still needed for empty packets etc. so actually it’s a money saver.
Audi visual not working for a whole group of seats in first class. How does a plane leave the main hub in such poor condition? How much that we can’t see so immediately is also compromised?

London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. With a little more focus on vegetarian meal availability, lounge service, and consistency across crews, BA can ensure every Business Class passenger experiences the premium journey they promise.
We were in business class and I had seat # 1. This was a night flight and after dinner was served, lights were dimmed and I went to sleep. The crew were loud and noisy so I didn’t get much sleep. I expect the crew to enjoy themselves but would Appreciate some decency in staying quiet while the passengers sleep

Great crew. Seats do not recline :( but it is budget so i should have known. Otherwise comfy leather chair. Slight slim chair but again budget so expected. No entertainment do makes journey boring. Recommend packing plenty of snacks and games or download plenty of films and music in your device. Staff excellent. Clean flight. On time.
Both of my flights had issues with their time slot with air traffic control, so they left over an hour late and the flight back to London was delayed by over an hour. Please provide more clarity about baggage requirements on booking sites, your website and within the app. I had to pay for extra bags at the airport when departing London, because they didn’t specify that your carry on bag can only be a backpack and not a trolley, my trolley bag fit the size requirements of the backpack but still I was made to pay

It’s a budget airline. You get what you pay for. They insisted on getting us out of the gate and into our slot on time. They got us to the destination safely. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. What more could we want
Half an hour delay. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Heaven!
