Cons: Check in was horrific. We weren’t able to print our boarding passes earlier. Not easy to do in Morocco. We were hassled at Marrakech airport. Had to wait in separate line for boarding pass-backed up for a half hour. They HAND WROTE BOARDING PASS. And charged us an additional 100 Euros. Inappropriate

Pros: Everything was so speedy with them, the checkin process, boarding and off boarding it’s all done with such efficiency and purpose. Staff are incredibly friendly and I think that they do a terrific job for such fair pricing.Would absolutely recommend them over the other budget carriers!
Cons: There’s no entertainment, so bring downloaded Netflix movies, or a book. I gave a slightly lower score for food as my first choice was not available.

Cons: Delayed for three hours then they gave us a 5eur/£3.50 voucher which we were only allowed to use for pizza and WATER. No other soft drink. The delay was ridiculous. The allowed us to board and be seated for about 15 mins before telling us that there was a problem with the aircraft. DONT YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE PASSENGERS BOARD?! Priority was a waste of money we all got on at the same time anyway. Rubbish service, rubbish airline and my £26 flight turned in £60 easily with all the extras which were a waste of my money.

Cons: Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again.

Pros: Best flight for what I needed, the time was perfect, cost was good. It was on time and everything went smooth.
Cons: Well, small plane, cheap flight. Seats small and crowded. There was not even a place to put my water bottle. But for a short flight at the right time, it's fine. Crew made all kinds of announcements and sales pitches, bit annoying when you are trying to sleep.

Pros: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight
Cons: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).

Cons: The carry-on rule was a bit absurd. After being asked to combine two backpacks into one, I was informed they had reached carry-on capacity and needed to check my bag thru to Gatwick.

I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine

Cons: The board in BUD said flight was delayed...no gate info. Then I noticed people in the area frantically getting up...witching 5 min there was no gat to a message that said boarding...last call! We frantically got to our gate which was a large metal pole building...where we stood for 30 plus minutes.

Cons: Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good.
