Pros: It was very quick and arrived ahead of time.

Cons: check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue

Pros: seats were spacious. Crew was courteous

Cons: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Cons: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Cons: From terminal to terminal... the worst airlines and experience. Flight delayed, crew unprofessional and boarding horrible.

No solo no llego una de las valijas, sino que no había nadie en la oficina de reclamos, nos hicieron recorrer todo el aeropuerto hasta que no les quedó otro remedio que ayudarnos. Pros: The plane itself was beautiful and the seatback entertainment was serviceable.

Cons: Boarding was an hour late for no discernible reason, food for a nine hour flight was for pay only at about eight dollars a sandwich, crew was rude, and seats were very uncomfortable and close. I would never fly this airline again and will tell my friends to avoid it.

Cons: It will be nice if economy class get at least a bottle of water!

Pros: One of the crew member was really rude, she made a mistake went off on me and didn’t even apologize, she act like nothing happened, I tried reaching out to the airline and they never got back to me

Pros: For little more you can fly a major airline with seats that recline boarding passes that you don't have to pay to print at the airport ( traveling you often don't have access to printer) .

Cons: - The crew was in a playful attitude, seems like they were not working at all, took their jobs as a joke - no kind of entertainment at all

Pros: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Pros: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Cons: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Cons: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Pros: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Cons: Flight was delayed 4 hours was unable to catch my connecting flight in London to Barcelona. Had to buy another flight ticket in London, wait another day, pay for a night a hotel to get to my destination in Barcelona. I was supposed to arrive in Barcelona on Saturday April 1st and did not get there until 2 the following day. Will not use this service again.

Pros: The crew seemed very nice.

Cons: Everyone had boarded onto the plane and we sat at the gate for an hour and a half before they finally closed the door to leave the gate. We were given no reason for the delay. We arrived in Barcelona 2 hours late at 2:45am.

Pros: Because kayak did not alerted me my flight had to be moved to Miami since is the only city that provides passports the same day. This extra expense costed me over 400$ in hotels gas and extra parking costs.

Cons: Kayak services were terrible and I do not plan to use them again. The website should have alerted me that I needed a passport valid for longer than 3 months to my flight for Spain.

Pros: The whole experience was smooth and painless, and considering it's a budget airline, no real complaints. But you have to remember this is a budget airline so this is no-frills to the extreme-- you pay for things you are not accustomed to flying "normally." (See below)

Cons: We were fortunately well informed, so none of this was surprising or a major obstacle to us, but remember: Absolutely *nothing* is included. You must pay to check baggage, and by weight (regular or "large" ... "Large" being just a typically full, full sized suitcase) and must pay online in advance or the price to do so at the airport is ridiculous. You must pay for ANY refreshments on the plane-- no free pretzels, no free water. Pack snack/buy drinks past security if you can't go without. Expect to pay extra for anything other than a seat (assigned seats are extra) on the plane and you won't be disappointed.

Pros: The food was quite nice for airline food and the crew was very helpful. Would have like to have been seated together but it wasn't worth the price to upgrade.

Cons: The return flight was utter chaos for boarding and lots of grumpy people. Making a connection in Philadelphia was quite harrowing as there wasn't much time to make the connection and the lines at the immigration kiosks were terrible.

Cons: Horrendous experience from checking to the airport. Be aware when trying to check in online, not only posible if you don’t pay a fee to choose seats. Therefore you are unable to check in until the last minute, and as they overbook the flight, if you don’t pay, You risk not get into the plane.

Cons: Very very small amount of legroom Flight was delayed c.90 minutes, there wasn't a lot of information and eventually were told they had to use a different plane, which may have explained it's quite poor old condition.

Cons: When did vueling stop offering a free snack and drink. Not even a glass of water for your passengers is just plain inhospitable.
