J'ai pris une petite valise à main qui devait rester avec moi dans l'avion avec plein de chose fragile à l'intérieur mais malgré toute la place disponible dans l'avion pour la mettre, un Stewart sans explication m'a demandé de la mettre en soute. En effet, je vais pas vous mentir que je n'ai pas bien réagi à sa demande désagréable car la taille et le poid de mon baggage à main concordait avec les règles mise en place par "easyJet". Je me lève un peu plus tard pour demander un simple verre d'eau au même steward qui m'a stoppé pour ma valise, mais celui ci avait décidé de me faire "chié" jusqu'à la fin en prenant tout son temps pour me remplir mon verre d'eau et au lieu de me le donner directement, il a préféré le garder quelque minutes dans sa main en me regardant d'un air moqueurs. Enfin j'ai voulu essayer "easyJet" pour la première fois mais vraiment plus jamais."

I was humiliated (by the creature they hired for a gate agent) when I was forced off the boarding line and then demanded to pay 200 euros (cash only and in euros only) for carry-on luggage that was under the size and weight requirements, and had already flown, without incident, on numerous flights during the same trip. I filed a complaint with Ryanair and weeks later received a very passive, useless, response from some brain-dead individual in corporate I suppose. No one at Ryanair cared about the mafioso-type treatment my family and I, including my 80-year-old mother, received. Avoid this airline at all costs (literally and figuratively)! It will not save you money, or anything else. It will only cost you more!"

Cons: "Waiting for check in look about 50 minutes. When I got to the front I was 1kg over the allowed 20kg and had to leave to pay £11 at another counter and come back to check in. Note the allowance on other airlines are 23kg. Security screened my hand luggage twice. The reason was that the chargers for the camera, laptop, phone, etc was 'too dense in the bag' and had to be done seperately. This took about 25minutes. I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."

Pros: "I took 1230 flight from stansted airport to Edinburgh. I carried a personal baggage with me on the plane then flight attendant took it away and told me I will get it back at the arrival belt. When I landed I couldn’t find mine. I had reported to the ground desk and they not helpful at all. So now I lost all of my travel documents and money. I feel so bad. This Tuesday I will fly back to Thailand and still don’t know how to redo my passport."

In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

The operator then refused to check our bags into the hold and said we had to take them on plane. Complained as had liquids in case that we didn’t want to throw away and had to queue again for half an hour. The same operator then checked the bags in inexplicably without question - totally pointless waste of our time and theirs. Then we arrived at the gate just in time for it opening and was forced to queue for an hour as the plane was delayed without any explanation or apologies. Hope I am never unfortunate enough to travel with this airline again."

Cons: "Chaos over seating families together, one family of two adults and two infants got moved twice, another family was moved once due to allocated seating not putting families together. We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."

Tight places on seats between me and next passenger next to me. FastTrack was not so fast, didn't felt it is something special and priority for me and my wife. Had to wait with the rest of the passengers."
