The plane left early and arrived early - and not full. Cabin staff a delight. Only negative was pilots talk to us so feint and distorted couldn't make it out.
We arrived in Malaga early but had to park at the back of the airport. We had to wait for the steps to arrive as well as buses to take us to the terminal. They had trouble with getting the steps into position and time gained pin the flight was lost especially with the tour around the airport to get us to the terminal. Immigration procedure seemed to work this time.
Apart from the delay, it was very good. Crew were great and the plane was great - looked like a newer one.
Generally excellent but a couple of areas could be improved. After boarding we were delayed a full 20 mins whilst various ground crew, flight crew, captain faffed around counting and recounting passengers. Said discrepancy between computer and manual. All OK in the end. So why o why did it take 20 mins to find all OK? No sense of urgency shown Secondly the seat base is just not supportive/resilienfor a 4½ hour journey - backside really aching by journey end.
The staff are just so friendly travelling alone was a bit scary but they made me feel comfortable and nothing was to much bother I loved how one of the girls was talking to the old ladies she really took time thank you jet2 shame I can’t get home with u guys 🥲
On time flight. Reasonable comfortable but a bit cramped. Excellent jet 2 staff as usual.
A good flight with friendly crew and check-in but disembarking was chaotic and badly managed

Delays on both journeys - only found out before geting to the airport as had created trip within Kayak.
Nice seats with matching colour coded seat belts to make it easy to identify the correct two parts.

Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
Flight was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes. Aircraft was cramped, dirty and uncomfortable. Boarding staff more interested in charging you for oversize baggage than getting you on board. Overall not a pleasant experience.
It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
It was appalling, full of young people who were drunk and disobeying instructions to sit down. Crew did nothing to enforce. There was a Ryanair pilot sitting in the aisle opposite me who talked through out the safety briefing so loudly I couldn’t hear. Whole thing felt unsafe
Delayed for 2 hours lack of communication no refreshments as promised and the drinks on board were not as ordered and refused to refund
We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.
Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge
We got there safe, direct, and no complications. As BVC airport is small its over 6 hours on a plane designed for short haul, no entertainment, very limited menu choices at awful prices. The coffee is dire and the price of a bottle of water is shocking, considering how drinking water on long flights is recommended by tui and every agency when it comes to flying. We were fortunate enough to be in a position we can afford the emergency exit seats, it doesn't make the seat comfier though and doesn't stop people who haven't paid for a seat just moving and sitting there anyway. Boarding wasn't on time at either end, of either flight. Flight times are not great, and the sales rounds go on too long leaving very little time for people to try and nap. Unfortunately that's true of many agencies. As I said though, we got there and back, without incidents, safe and semi sane.
Missed slot to leave so we were on the plane for an extra hour. The seats were really uncomfortable and the food was poor. The experience makes me think twice about flying as I suspect they are all similar.
Fine, charter flights. Plane full, and staff nice and friendly. No option for free food or drink. Entertainment through paid app.
The 737-8 is too small for the length of flight especially if there are any delays
The flight was delayed over 2 hours, we should off left the plane2 late passengers as it’s not fair on everyone who’s followed the rules.
Dreamliner. Yes great if maintained. I didn't see anyones screen work consistently during either of our flights. Worse was their ability to not only dump you out of premium but separate couples and seat someone's carer at the opposite end of the aircraft. This poor gentleman had no hand so his partner who assists him, being seated at the other end of the aircraft, well that really showed us all what Tui think :( It was fairly dire all in all, they advertise all the perks of the dreamliner only in reality you don't have the features and they change the windows and colours to suit their constant sales pitches. Ironically they were so low on stock for the return flight that all their sales pitches were a waste of time! Their contract only favours them and 'operational changes' well they cover every excuse and Tui use it. Surprisingly we haven't reinstalled the Tui app or booked with them since. It's a shame as I rated them highly during the pandemic.
