Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
Flight was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes. Aircraft was cramped, dirty and uncomfortable. Boarding staff more interested in charging you for oversize baggage than getting you on board. Overall not a pleasant experience.
It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
It was appalling, full of young people who were drunk and disobeying instructions to sit down. Crew did nothing to enforce. There was a Ryanair pilot sitting in the aisle opposite me who talked through out the safety briefing so loudly I couldn’t hear. Whole thing felt unsafe
Delayed for 2 hours lack of communication no refreshments as promised and the drinks on board were not as ordered and refused to refund
We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.
Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge
Never have real problems...very ho prices for good the rest is all great
A crew member needs to be assigned the (unpleasant) job of making sure toilets are reasonably clean. The toilets on my flight were revolting - human waster lined the inside of the toilet bowl.
The crew was unresponsive. Not enough drinking water throughout the flight or between services. Two bathrooms so dirty that could not be used.
Impossible charge phone inside airplane. Entertainment system does not support charging at all. Everything else is perfect
This airline cancelled 3 of my tickets and did not even notify me of the cancellation therefoe my advice is to stay awaway!!
The flights that i booked with them were totally unreliable as they cancelled and/or switched itinereis left and right so I definitely could not recommend them. It was as also imppossible to contact them for anything-hence my poor rating
It was an hour late, but these days, that's not a big deal All went well, can't complain
Just fine. Flight was full, so that's not easy, but in general, it was a fine experience, no problems
No real business class on this plane, I had to ask for the food 1.5hrs after take off, super warm beer, very very poor service
