I liked the crew and stewards. All very nice and helpful. The flight was pretty smooth and nice touch down. Not too bumpy.
I ordered a water and the steward forgot and I had to remind him. The seats are a bit cramped and there is no entertainment options to speak of. There should be WiFi in this modern age.
The staff was amazingly friendly and always smiling. It was. quick flight to Denver from LA but was overall pleasant.
Horrible experience flight was delayed over 147 mins. Airline was dirty they over booke it and I wasn’t seated next to the person I booke with. They didn’t even let me have a free carry on they charged me 55$ per carry on it was such a disgrace I co texted a supervisor and they said sorry they can’t do anything and they acted like they didn’t even care
Smooth take off
Sooooo many delays and gate changes. The landing was rough
The crew were friendly and made me feel at ease. The boarding process was easy.
The line to check my bag at the airport in Montego Bay was way too long. It took me almost 40 minutes to get through the line. Also, there should be WiFi services at least to purchase if you want to.
We were very well looked after by a group of male flight attendants. The plane was clean, calm, quiet and we had all we needed.
The flight crew was quite lovely.
People all over the coach section were complaining about not being able to sit together. Families with babies, couples, even ours (though the kids are old enough for me not to be truly worried as some were). Somehow reservations seems to have messed up an entire flight. We gave up trying to fix it for fear they would make it worse. Then the woman at the gate tried to get folks to volunteer to give up their seats on an overbooked flight. But she was screaming at us. Unbelievably unpleasant to be yelled at over and over again and told we could lose our seats. The poor weather likely caused flights to be rerouted into PHL so our flight out to SFO ended up 1/3 empty. FABULOUS. But the gate experience was horrible and the legroom, had it been a full flight, was miserable. I'm in search of an airline with a humane approach.
I’m still hungry and incredibly tired. Nobody buys their main cabin extra product, so there’s many empty seats. Ripe for the families that don’t want to pay extra to sit together. Those families bring kids, screaming kids to a section filled with higher fare paying customers. The FA in my section had such big hips, that she knocked my shoulder EVERYTIME she walked by. Not only that, everytime she did the courtesy reach over to grab empty cups from the middle seat, she hit me with her trash bag. Woulda been fine had I been awake, but I was trying to sleep in between the bouts of screaming from the devil possessed kids.
4 hours delayed
Person in front reclined the entire flight. I was squeezed in a a small box. Seats should not recline that much
Even with a full flight, JetBlue offers up-to-date planes with comfortable seating, plenty of leg room and free WI-fi for a very positive customer experience.
4 hour delayed
Flight got delayed multiple times yet the airline still asked we showed up for the original departure time. No real apologies were offered to everyone flying for delay. Then asked if 15 people would volunteer to check in their bags when it was already evident that nobody could check in their bags and wait at carousel due to the flights delay.
The crew talked a big game. They were ready for anything, including loss of cabin pressure, paid snacks, and even a water landing.
No water landing! I was excited to float around on a hot day, go down an awesome slide, and catch some sick waves, but come on people, we never even got a chance!
The crew was nice.
Delayed for 2.5 hours. Overhead compartments taken by the time we boarded .
