Cons: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Cons: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Pros: Customer care was super supportive

Cons: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Pros: Seats were comfortable. The crews were helpful.

Cons: Cleaner bathroom on the plane.

Pros: One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again.

Cons: Better communication for people making a connection. Not to wait until you are showing your boarding pass and then telling us we needed to check-in again,

Pros: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Cons: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Pros: The crew was professional & friendly

Cons: Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight.

Pros: The crew was very kind

Pros: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Cons: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.
