I was upgraded to Busines Class from premium economy which was a great surprise. But......the service was not marginally better than premium economy. After the welcome on-board drink, I only saw a flight attendant twice...... when she delivered gluten free meals. In between, during a 8 hour flight, she didn't check back with me to offer water or collect trash. I had to fetch my own! The gluten free food was not good - they gave me the same meal whether I was in premium economy or business class.

My flight out of London was canceled on September 9. We could not get a flight to Italy until 2 days later. That means we would miss my son's wedding. So we had to take a train from Heathrow to central London (14 £ = $18.99). We then had to take the train from London to Paris (612£=$830.24). We had to take a taxi from the Paris train station to the Hotel Sixteen in Paris (€67.5=$78.67). Our hotel in Paris is (€340 = $396.26). Our flight from Paris to Italy was (€442.25=$515). Boarding was offal, crew and jet old and most things were not working, food was terrible.

Staff was very attentive, from the counter staff to flight attendants. Food was not great.

Delayed departure, even more delayed arrival, 40+ min waiting on runway before going to gate - horrible Also didn’t get a single bottle of water all flight

Boarding going from seated area to standing outside and then boarding the stairway seemed unnecessary. Drop the standing outside part.

Check in at bcn was a nightmare. In-seat screen did not work, asked for help twice but was not able to use overhead light, watch the safety briefing, watch entertainment or monitor map

Really slow transfer after getting off the plane at Manchester, and lost luggage! Take the train, terrible experience on arrival

Flew business- but plane was dirty, food horrendous. Too many business class seats diluted service levels overall.

More drinks rounds. Had one drink pre meal and then no other drinks rounds for a 10 hour flight
