Ridiculous boarding. Enter the gate, walk down a staircase with bags, exit a building, get on a crowded bus, dropped off a few meters away from the aircraft, walk with bags to another set of stairs to board the aircraft. And all that during a pouring down rain, and with children. Ridiculous!!!

We had a very long diversion and our food voucher didn’t work because the restaurants were closed

Deplaning was delayed because of Jetbridge equipment issues in MKE, causing an issue on an otherwise great flight.

Its good expeince but in enternteiment please be like you tube the music i like or movie

The schedule to Moline changed 5 times. The gate changed 6 times. That is a pathetic way to run an airline. No wonder that no one in our company flies on United Express to or from Moline. Changes happen most of the time. I learned my lesson on this trip…never again!

My suitcase was destroyed. The top part where the handle is is completed broken. And unusable now.

I had a bad experience with the security at IAH and felt like a sardine on all 4 legs of my journey.

HORRIBLE WITH THEIR WEBSITE!!! WORST WEBSITE IN THE WHOLE AIRLINE INDUSTRY

The negative was the wait at the airport coming back. I checked my bags in, an hour before boarding and I get the notification that my flight was delayed. Rather had gotten the notification while I was at the hotel. Then it was delayed 3 x’s. Ugh!

The care and attention for my flight was great. The seats were not as comfortable.
