Cons: We paid extra for an exit row with more leg room and were moved to a standard seat. We were also separated from the rest of our party. We spoke to the help desk to try and resolve the issue they told us the seats we were moved to also had extra room but when we boarded the plane this was not true.

Cons: very disappointed Iceland Air is charging $95 for 1 piece of luggage. This is making me rethink the "deal" because it added $190 to the cost of the flight.

Pros: The crew in my area were very helpful. The young guy next to me passed on the dinner choices. The crew member came back and asked if he would like some pretzels, etc. which I thought was very nice. They were very friendly.

Cons: Just a suggestion that the ear jacks for the entertainment be passed out earlier. Luckily I brought my own but my neighbors on both sides had a long wait until they were passed out.

He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok.

Cons: Overall, I am disappointed in Kayak for listing my round trip flight as KLM, when in actuality, only one short connection of this flight was actually KLM. My itinerary said KLM all over it, but in the fine print it said "operated by Delta." This is dishonest and misleading.

Cons: There was a medical issue and Virgin Atlantic refused to accept the ticket code - for any price - toward a new ticket. I paid for a new ticket and took another airline.

Pros: the seat configuration is 2/4/2 so if you get a seat by the window, you have your significant other or friend next to you and no one else which is nice. Food was decent.

Cons: the Team Leader at the check in counter was nasty, Her colleague made the mistake of not telling me that I had to wait there for the wheelchair that was going to take me to the plane, so I went to have a light breakfast. Then I waited half an hour on my feet waiting for the wheelchair

Cons: Having purchased our 2 tickets together at one time months before the flight, it was very upsetting that we were placed in two different rows away from each other for a longer, international flight.

Cons: There was only one beverage service the whole time and I was never offered a snack. I could have purchased food, but 7.5 hours is a long time for only one beverage service. Bring food on board if you don’t want to buy it during the flight.

Pros: Smooth experience overall, from check-in to baggage claim. Crew was very nice. Economy seats had a fair amount of space.

Pros: Flight was delayed for an hour but considering the day before when all flights were cancelled and that whole morning flights were delayed at Reykjavík due to a major storm off the Irish coast the airport check in, security, and boarding went extremely well. Staff on board couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient to get the plane pushed back from the gate and get our flight going.

Cons: The plane’s temperature was a little warm on both flights from New York and Iceland with no means to adjust fans or temperature at your seat like most airlines. The entertainment screen was down for about half of our flight back for both of us to New York but worked fine after.

Cons: Plane was late. Boarding was confused (they announced and sent a test of a gate change but then had some of us board from the original gate. There was a lengthy delay after boarding. We sat on tarmac for 1/2 hour or more. People stressed due to short connection times in Iceland. Pilot made up most of the time by going faster so that was nice. But chaotic and running thru terminal and then customs in order to make it to connecting flight, Were put on a bus (about 30 people) to the plane which had already pulled away and was on tarmac.
