Klm start boarding while somw air issue in the plan
The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade
I appreciate that KLM was proactive in informing me of the 2 hour delay which enabled me to replan my travel. It was a bit stressful not knowing whether my connection from Montreal to Ottawa was happening. But the ground and air crew did a good job at comforting and assuring me.
Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class
Transfer at Amsterdam airport is very convenient and the airport is easy to navigate. Boarding was also quick and easy. Cabin crew were excellent and the meals were good, although lacking in options.

I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional

Following a paid seat upgrade for enhanced comfort, I encountered an unacceptable odor in my assigned area. It took three hours for the crew to relocate me, and the replacement seat was unacceptably close to the lavatory, offering no improvement.
Good overall. Cannot fault the airlines. I have had better entertainment systems before ie ice in Emirates but it was not too bad. Food was decent and staff were friendly.

Flight took off an hour late. Had to stay on the tarmac for half an hour after landing. Both annoying.
We had an unfortunate experience where we had to leave the aircraft after boarding, shortly before the scheduled takeoff time, and re-board. The reason given was that a passenger felt ill and had to cancel their plans and therefor their luggage had to be found and removed.
We’ve used VA before many times the experience is always been good they have lovely staff and the food is always delicious.
Everything about the flight was amazing from check in to boarding entertainment was okay food we didn’t try.

Everything was great except for some reason crew and ground crew could not figure out how to deal with an electric wheelchair and it delayed us 20-30mins. Was pretty frustrating for passengers and the captain.
Like the space, did not like the snack options, there was no power outlet in seats, no entertainment, no flyfi.
I volunteered to let them put my carry on suitcase in the baggage storage area. But when we landed I was told it was being unloaded IN A DIFFERENT TERMINAL! I had to walk (painful for me) a long way to retrieve my bag and my ride had to move from the waiting area they were in to a totally different one. Not happy.

Not sure why planes don't just board back passengers first.. also wifi connection could be beneficial and keeps passengers occupied
It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
From my experience, I see there is room for a greater mixture of cultures, for example, a mix of the nationality of cabin crews, food, music, food, etc.
Great it was a big plane, clean and had entertainment through tv lost the back of the seat. Overhead bins had space and was really deep so held a lot.
on time quick service but food so so and seats very small. no leg room. I think passengers should not be bringing so large carry on suitcases and should have free check in. Then boarding and unloading would be faster
After nearly nine years without traveling, my son and I decided to take our first flight, and we chose Air Canada and I’m so glad we did! The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. But what really stood out for me was the luggage tracking feature. Knowing that my bag was scanned onto the same flight I was on gave me such peace of mind. It’s little details like this that make all the difference, especially after not traveling for so long. This trip was incredibly special for us, and Air Canada made it even more memorable. Thank you for such a fantastic experience I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with you again!

Was good all around. Crew, food, paid for extra legroom, as 10+ hour flight Like the 787 as I don't have any problem with my ears, due to the planes pressurization.
i know it's complimentary - but they didn't have enough snack for all the passengers. there was no entertainment or available WiFi
I was mostly pleased. My greatest disappointment was with respect to the timely update to the estimated departure and arrival times. It was especially sad that the arrival time was not updated online once we were in flight so as to allow my wife to arrive on time to the airport. She was not happy.
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
Seats in premier saga class were narrow and hard. Very uncomfortable for a 5-hour flight.
Iceland airlines doesn't provide any meal on flight to and from New York, except water and soda. Airline over charge for checking in luggage. I'm really upset. If there is option to use another company, I suggest to other people use them.
I had an exit row and so was Comfortable on the long flight.
For an economy lite experience, it's by far the best I've had. New planes, clean, great destinations. Very happy to have discovered Iceland Air.

No food was served for 7.5 hrs flight. When our flight changed to other airlines due to wether issue, our seats booked with no checked in luggage when I already payed for. We end up to pay 90 euro per suitcase.
Only serving 2 small coffee in 7.5 hrs flight with very limited choice to order food.
Booked with Kayak… Economy Class it said. I had filtered for 1 checked bag. Get to boarding and it says I have Economy Light w/ no checked bags. $136 each way for baggage now. Do not use smartfares.com. Very misleading and a terrible start to this trip.
Our three ski bags did not arrive and are still not delivered, one full day later. With one ski bag not traceable at all. I would not fly Iceland Air again.
