Selection of movies didn't include recent box office hits. Food was average not great. English sparkling wine is not drinkable. Otherwise, everything was great.
Check in at the desk was very slow pus Security, although not Virgin issue at JFK was a nightmare. 50 minuet wait no time to explore airport and get last minuet gifts. total wait 1.5hours

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.
Great crew - old style upper class seats on the older fleet now feels dated
The crew was excellent as ever on Virgin. The special meal was poor unfortunately. More significantly when we arrived at Manchester Airport there was no air bridge provided and we had to exit the plane down a rickety stair case. This is unacceptable for a transatlantic flight. Whilst I understand that this is the airport’s fault at the end of the day the airline is responsible for our transportation and needs to do something.

Following a paid seat upgrade for enhanced comfort, I encountered an unacceptable odor in my assigned area. It took three hours for the crew to relocate me, and the replacement seat was unacceptably close to the lavatory, offering no improvement.
It was a very easy process and my children were very happy about the flight.
Noticed a marked difference in keg room from last flight. Would consider other airline on next red eye.

I cannot think how they could put more seats together but they did. So elbow to elbow leg to leg for these long journeys they should consider leg space at least. Since they did not offer to check people's carry one space was tight and if you did not get on first people used your assigned overhead storage so now your doing these same to another. Cascading inconvenience.
It was great to have a vegetarian meal option, but departure was delayed because they had oversold the flight. Air Canada, you’re in charge of how many tickets are sold: don’t oversell!
Great it was a big plane, clean and had entertainment through tv lost the back of the seat. Overhead bins had space and was really deep so held a lot.
I was good overall. The boarding was on time and the crew members very accommodating. The pilots were very informative and experienced. The flight was excellent. One of the best take off and landed I ever had, it was very smooth and control.
Didn't like that we couldn't be seated together or seated away from the stinking toilets or check in on line. All rather poor.
There is no reason for a 5 hour flight, the only option is purchased food and free drinks. The airline should at least offer free chips, peanut, etc and then the option to purchase additional food
I almost missed my flight because they’re searching me and the stuff already come from duty- free plus I couldn’t find my exit to go to the plane when I got there they were closing the door and I got to the airport very early but because they were searching me

All the TV screens in my rows was non functional . The map shown for an international route was antiqued..
JetBlue not only has the most comfortable planes, but also used to have the best customer service. Lorie Wright, the lady at the gate was very rude not only to me, but to other passengers as well. Her colleague, the gentleman was also not very friendly. They both were acting like they were doing passengers a favor. The crew on board was very nice.
Right now I’m still in Jamaica waiting on a flight to New York which I should be in New York from the 30th and I’m here in Jamaica
Flight was fine, price was good but food onboard was abysmal. I was on there for breakfast and lunch and dinner 845am EST to 845pm GMT and all I got was a yoghurt parfait, fruit and a piece of cake. Later snacks included an ice-cream brownie and a pizza twist. I was hungry by the time I landed and the airport amenities were closed. Not happy.
Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. I had to remind them that medical devices don't count towards luggage limits. It was quite annoying and unne
No overhead baggage room even though I was seated in row 2. Consequently had to check in my carry on bag. Baggage carousel was jammed. Took 45 min to get my bag.
The gate and ground staff were excellent, friendly, went out of their way to acknowledge my Mosaic status. The plane was an older Airbus, so the seats were a little worn. The in flight attendant was not very nice, and seemed to be annoyed to be at work or be on this flight. Flight was fast and we landed early and pilots kept us informed.
On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.
