I had a sprained ankle and had to go down the stairs to the bus and then up the stairs to the plane. Food / dinner served cold

Give yourself over 2+ hours layover because if flight is slighlty delayed and you miss your connection, Lufthansa will do nothing for you
We would have missed our connection from Munich to Boston but we had a van outside the plan that wisked us to our terminal. Much appreciated and we didn’t even realize that Lufthansa had done this until the announcement on disembarkation. Well organized airline! Will definitely fly Lufthansa again!!!
Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.
Food was much better than my outbound flight. On-time. Good service. I had a problem with my entertainment screen, but the attendant fixed it promptly.
I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.
A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.
Welp - they boarded us appropriately...then had us sit on the plane for over two hours before cancelling the flight...which meant another night in Munich. I probably had it a little better than most as over 500 people had to be accommodated/re-booked etc. The next day I boarded the same flight (for which I had now been ticketed 3 straight days) and - with "only" an hour delay, managed to finally get home over 2 days later than scheduled. I haven't flown Lufthansa to Europe in years...and I won't be looking to do so again in the future. To be clear, though, the people I interacted with - flight crew, Service Center, check-in were all professional and courteous - management is clearly to blame for their lack of communication and unpreparedness for when things go wrong.
Seat very cramped, could not recline. No cheese with meal. Staff very helpful.
Staff was very professional friendly food was okay i used the lufthansa app and it was great told me immediately what gate I should go i would fly with lufthansa anytime
I do not understand how BA takes coach seating and has people paying for business class. There is no leg room, seats don’t recline and no entertainment to be had unless you brought your own.
It's useless to complain about the space and the back of the seat, making you sitting vertically like a candle. it's your business model. The "food" - there is no food. But I don't care about the food. It's the seating.
Flying on the Boeing 787 from Seattle to London was everything that I expected. Every thing was great.
Seat pitch is not enough to eat comfortably. When seat in front is reclined, your screen comes closer to your face. Ryanair seats are actually more comfortable.
Overall, it was basically good. No serious complaints on my end.
The leg from Portland to Heathrow was great for a business class ticket. The BA leg from Heathrow to Lisbon was terrible. Basically coach seating with an empty seat between you and next passenger. Absolutely no leg room. Should not have been charged for business class and it was a 3 hour flight.
The aircraft was okay and the crew were friendly, but the seat space felt too tight and the food could be better. Overall, nice service but room for improvement.
The flat beds. Other than that, the place was not clean.
It is a wonderful airline. The cabin crews were friendly and the food as well as the service the were excellent.
Good but could be better for comfort and entertainment aspect
