We liked the flight but while we purchased an aisle seat, our seats had a different configuration on this flight. A fellow passenger suggested that the airplane had been changed. Too bad we were not informed and had no chance to modify our seat preferences. We were stuck in the window and middle seats with no chance to walk around and go to the bathroom without disturbing our sleeping fellow passenger.

Boarding an international flight via several sets of stairs and shuttle busses to the tarmac even when multiple jet-bridges were empty at Madrid airport (the hub for Iberia) was not pleasant. I was fine, but a lot of elderly folks and families with kids were struggling. A bad way to start a flight. Business class seats were nice, although not cleaned well from the prior flight.

The flight was great; I don't see any area of improvement.

The crew were not very personable. The crew did not serve tea or coffee. The bathroom was not kept clean. Two out of the 5 toilets in the cabin weren't working.

Delayed first flight Geneva Madrid.. We didn’t miss our 2nd flight only because the 2nd flight Madrid Dallas was 1h delayed. However we did end up missing the 3rd leg Dallas Austin. Luggage didn’t show up in Dallas. So we re missing 2 suit cases. Customer service sent us to a hotel in Dallas. Only one room booked for 5!! Pretty bad experience overall. I won’t book a flight on Iberia in the future

Crew was excellent, great customer service, checked luggage took 1 hour and a half to come out at the baggage claim, the only negative thing about the flight.

Horrible experience airline crew was unprofessional. Flight was delayed. Suit cases did not arrive. Never flying iberia again

Iberia lost my bag, said they found it in another country, said they sent it to me, but never did. Went my whole trip without my stuff, but expecting it to show up because that’s what they said would happen. Their communication sucks, their website sucks, and to top it all off, their seats are small and uncomfortable. They’re bad at their jobs and they should feel bad about themselves. Do not even get me started on the flight home. AVOID!

The flight was delayed over 4 hours. Business class is just slightly upgraded economy.

Delayed and missed connections on leaving the states and returning Planes were old and small- very uncomfortable. Meals were good but very infrequent service for even water/drinks. No explanations for 3+ hour delay

Welp - they boarded us appropriately...then had us sit on the plane for over two hours before cancelling the flight...which meant another night in Munich. I probably had it a little better than most as over 500 people had to be accommodated/re-booked etc. The next day I boarded the same flight (for which I had now been ticketed 3 straight days) and - with "only" an hour delay, managed to finally get home over 2 days later than scheduled. I haven't flown Lufthansa to Europe in years...and I won't be looking to do so again in the future. To be clear, though, the people I interacted with - flight crew, Service Center, check-in were all professional and courteous - management is clearly to blame for their lack of communication and unpreparedness for when things go wrong.

Seat very cramped, could not recline. No cheese with meal. Staff very helpful.

Staff was very professional friendly food was okay i used the lufthansa app and it was great told me immediately what gate I should go i would fly with lufthansa anytime

Food was terrible. They ran out of options and gave me a bland undercooked pasta and veggies. Only middle seat was available to select although I paid extra. Baggage delayed at destination. Flight attendants not really helpful.

One one boarding scanner was working to scan 400+ passengers to an Airbus 380. Food in premium economy was mediocre.

As expected. Would have appreciated a 3-day headsup reminder as a reassurance that all is well.

This flight had way more space than my international flight which is just embarrassing

The flight crew was friendly and accommodating. I witnessed one of the flight attendants deal with a difficult flyer with extreme calm and compassion. I was so annoyed with the passenger and so impressed by the flight attendant. His quick action de-escalated what could have been a major incident. He was awesome.

I was told in Florence my bag would go directly to Indianapolis. I had to wait to get it. Then security in EWR was slow so I missed my flight as United would not allow me on the plane even though it was still on the tarmac and the door to the tunnel was open. I blame both Lufthansa and United for refusing to allow me on board a plane that was clearly still on the tarmac. Behind me two grandparents and their ten year old grandson were on same flight from Munich to EWR. They were refused to board the United flight. So we had to sit for 12 hours in airport until next flight. No compensation has been offered either by Lufthansa or United.

Flight was delayed and luggage was delivered day after arrival. In Bilbao they told me day after would be delivered faster if I went to Bilbao to get my own bags so I did. Wasted my morning.
