Cons: Nobody speaks english. Announcement also in Portuguese. Very difficult for foreigners. Gate people are awful.

Pros: Flight rough as we passed over major storm. Great landing at CHS in a stiff wind and we were 20 minutes early!

Pros: I really appreciated the gate agents and trying their best to seat families / individuals traveling together on an overbooked flight.

Cons: The flight was delayed 3+ hours with no reasoning shared with travelers. No compensation, complimentary beverage, etc. was provided.
Pros: Movie selection was very good
Cons: Gentleman sitting in front of my son was intoxicated and dropped his sauce on the floor which splattered on my son. I told the hostess who helped clean up the mess. The man was too drunk to even realize his own mess. Limit drinks. He bought 3 drinks on a 5 hour flight.
Cons: We sat at the Gate for an hour after boarding because so e paperwork was missing.
Pros: The attendant was the only reason I stayed on flight, very polite and nice.
Cons: The surprise fees for luggage starts off this rant. It cost another $160.00 for three checked bags. More than I paid for a seat. Then the boarding was terrible, thru charge you for “priority 2” boarding which amazingly everyone is. The seats inside the plane don’t recline. $3.00 water??? Enough

Pros: flight was on-time, maybe even a little early, the plane was clean, the boarding process was simple and smooth, the flight attendants were welcoming when getting on the plane.
Cons: The crew on the flight was just okay, including the flight attendants and pilots, I don't know if they were near the end of their shifts for the day but everything seemed so rushed, they talked very fast, to the point that sometimes it was even difficult to understand.
Pros: Flight left on time and arrived early to destination.
Pros: The crew was very nice and attentive. Although the aircraft was a little dated, it was a smooth ride given the weather. The pilot was excellent.

Cons: Leaving late because of lack of luggage space and giving an option to checkin bag when there was actually no room. I’d rather they choose randomly to save time.
