Lost luggage, they need a baggage service representative available all times in Atlanta
Survey sent before we actually left. Delay after delay. Now a crew problem.
I love flying with United. Unfortunately, I flew on an older plane with minimal upgraded technology (no Bluetooth functionality or handy charging ports). Otherwise, the flight was great and even arrived early.
They changed my seats after I checked in and I was stressed from the time I saw that information until just before boarding, when the gate attendant fixed it, but it shouldn't have happened. And if it couldn't be prevented, then the people on the phone I spoke with should have done something to help, which they did not, nor did they offer me compensation, just meaningless apologies.
Smooth flight, especially take off and landing, and great crew on board. Really loved the stroopwaffles!
Deplaning was delayed because of Jetbridge equipment issues in MKE, causing an issue on an otherwise great flight.
I was charged for my daughters bag when I am supposed to receive two free checked bags with my United Explorer card.
Not really their fault, but a 4.5 hour delay is pretty brutal
we were delayed going into and out of Newark Airport by 3-4 hours each way. Excuses/reasons given were misleading. Weather was cited at first when there was NO weather issue. Turns out Newark had a shortage of staff and runway construction. United knew this and should have NOT scheduled flights when they know we would be delayed so long. I will avoid United and EWR airport at all cost going forward. Delta never looked so good.
Stewardess spilled orange juice on my clothes/seat no help no apology just threw napkins at me to clean the mess up. Not Happy.
We sat on the tarmac for an hour waiting for a gate to deplane.
I've flown Spirit many times. However, they seem to be getting worse. I don't understand how the contracts with the gates at the airport works, but Spirit never seems to have a gate ready when we land. This happened again on this flight. And once again, baggage took forever to arrive at the baggage claim belt. This time it was about 45 minutes to an hour, late at night, when the airport was not crowded. On a previous trip, they lost the luggage cart and we were all waiting for about 3 hours for our luggage. Plus, I did get a deal through Kayak on a flight that was shown sold out on Spirit's site. However, by the time I added all the luggage, and didn't even pick seats, I could have taken any direct flight I wanted through Delta. I'm about done with Spirit.
I enjoyed my flight, it was pretty smooth and we landed earlier than eta.
The flight was delayed four and half hours for paperwork on a maintenance issue. Very frustrating.
Not very good because of an almost 3 hour delay for an hour long flight.
We had an almost 7 hour flight delay. We left the gate twice and taxi-ed and then returned the gate twice. Finally we got a new flight crew (our third one) and then left the gate to the final time before departing at 6:45pm (original flight time was 12pm). Out of Newark.
I made it safely. The flight was delayed, though. Not upset or expect anything.

Unprepared for the very expensive carry-on cost. Still was our best option since it was a direct flight and the best times.
Great experience overall. Early boarding, no delays. Drinks and snacks are not included in price and very expensive. Seats are not very comfortable. Not as much space or padding as other airlines. Good for a quick cheap flight.
