Crew were polite, better than on the outward flight from Paris CDG to Leeds, but seemed more interested in chatting to each other than to reassure passengers about the long delays. Once underway, the flight progressed well.
When a 30 minute delay was announced (13.45 instead of 13.15), I was fairly philosophical. However, we didn't board until 13.45. Once settled in our seats, another 25 minutes went by when the plane did not move. No information's given. I asked a member of the cabin crew what was going on who said she didn't know anything. I then heard her ask (presumably the captain) on the intercom if he could make an announcement as 'passengers were enquiring' We were then informed that we would have a further delay of up to an hour. We eventually took off at 16.00, over two hours after scheduled time. Thank goodness, I had left plenty of time for my connecting train. I was equally unimpressed for different reasons with Jet2.com on the outward flight on 12 July. I will not be flying with them again.
Left on time. Arrived on time. Clean. Everything worked. Competent and friendly crew. Great price. Yes, we definitely would fly with Jet2 again.
Really packed us in. Crew kept on offering items for sale. But, it is a deeep discount carrier so we were not surprised.

Last minute booking from Alicante, amazing seat allocation and the flight arrived 35 minutes early.
Shame Leeds wasn’t ready for us, took far too long to access the terminal and queue at passport control was a joke. Landed feeling great, now I’m ticked off.
Timing and space
I liked that it was non-stop. The crew was nice. They gave out a bottle of Icelandic water and pillow and blanket.
Too crowded. Not enough explanation about the plane and different comfort levels of the different seat levels. I might have paid for upgraded seat if I had understood what the conditions would be. Also there was no explanation as to whether there would be food served or not.
Flight was delayed 1.5 hours due to an unexplained "maintenance issue." A friend of mine who had paid extra to get an exit row with extra leg room was inexplicably moved to a normal seat, and was only upgraded when she complained. I was moved from a window seat to an exit row without explanation, unfortunately, this was an exit row where a life raft was attached to the door, leaving me even less leg room than a normal seat would have.
Very nice flight attendants. Drink service was good. Direct flight left a bit late from Reykjavik, but still arrived earlier than scheduled. Good in-flight entertainment, but didn't remember to bring headphones with me.
Would like some included food service, but I paid a lower price for Economy with that knowledge. I bought a sandwich at the airport which worked out fine.

Great planes. Great air crew. Great ground staff. Seats are large and comfortable. Crew does a great job of making sure you have what you need. Extremely attentive and professional. Gate agents are friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard to solve any problems you have - even if you're not and Iceland Air customer. I can't say enough good things about them. You can't go wrong flying Iceland Air.
Suitcase did not arrive, had a 3+ hours layover in Frankfurt, enough to get my bag sorted and sent to Oslo, but did not arrive
It was late by 1 hour. Food was not enough. Was hungry since dinner was late due to delayed flight and breakfast was served at lunch time of MUC. Electrical outliets did not work in the flight and had problems in MUC for GPS.
The crew were very considerate. Also they have the best baby beds we have seen so far
The entertainment system was glitchy.

Crew rearranged people before takeoff to allow elbow room. Excellent food, salad and vegetable with meat option to help with hydration, wonderful noodle.
Slightly too cool but I had an extra blanket and that is preferable to hot.
The check in was well staffed and went smoothly and easily. Loved the large movie selection and picture quality.

temperature during flight. Freezing then hot, freezing then hot and never a comfortable temp. Food was terrible. Entrees were flavorless and smelled terrible. Time they served food made no sense at all either. Within the hour of getting on the plane, they served a meal which made no sense because most folks ate before getting on the plane. Stewardesses were not friendly (only 1 made me feel valued and welcomed)

The crew was so friendly and professional, on top of the nice plane condition, which made the trip very pleasant!
The food standard seemed to be lowered a little bit, but still very well prepared.
There was too little space between rows. Sometimes it was too difficult to watch a movie because the screen was too close to my face.

Food was horribly salty. I got the middle seat between 2 men. One of the attendant s was taunting most of the people who asked him for anything.

Flight was delayed because of a flight late arriving from Barcelona. Unlike an international flight...no entertainment & only a slight snack food. Still highest marks for the crew and the service that they provided

The crew was friendly and helpful!
Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future.
