Cons: "Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!"

Cons: "Though I’m not sure it is easyjet’s Fault, I didn’t like that in LGW the board said the flight was delayed an hour, but left on time. Could have gone horribly wrong had we procrastinated thinking that we had extra time."

Given the option I would pay a the extra to fly with a better airline, however, being from Northern Ireland we are limited to what we can have."

Cons: "Nearly every EasyJet flight I take is delayed. I know this can be beyond their control but I think scheduling is a bit tight. That said they keep you updated often and delay times go down as well as up."

Pros: "Staff were good. EasyJet kept us informed. There is a high degree of efficiency and you are treated as a paying passenger rather than cattle."
Cons: "Delays seem inevitable with EasyJet on the Belfast route. I can't remember the last time we had one that wasn't delayed by more than half an hour. The scheduled time is longer than any flight has taken, but I think this is actually a realistic approach given the probability of a delay. There is an issue with 2-3 year olds and seat belts - they are not allowed to travel on a parent's lap, but they can wriggle out a lap belt easily and so are unsecured."

Cons: "The flight was delayed an hour on the tarmac, the plane was incredibly uncomfortable, we were charged an insane amount of money for our back packing bags because they were “odd sized.” I would not suggest using this airline unless you have no other option."

Cons: "I was at the counter 39 min before the flight and they wouldn't check me in because 40 before the flight they close checkin. Zero flexibly makes for very very unhappy customer."

Cons: "Being from the US, we weren't familiar with the boarding process (no gate # until almost time)- but that was our challenge, not anyone else's. we really enjoyed flying Easyjet."

Cons: "The man and woman who were the gate crew in Toulouse were really, really mean to passengers getting on. The man yelling at an old couple, who didn't speak French and didn't understand, to put their handbags in their luggage or pay 60 euro. The woman tried to make me pay 60 euro too, claiming my carryon bag, which I have taken on dozens of flights including on easyjet with zero problems or questions ever, was 2mm over the regulation length. Then when it fit in the sizer, after an argument and two checks in front of all the passengers in line, I was made to go to the back of the line from the front because I had stepped out (to measure the bag). They made a lot of people check bag sizes and they all fit. Then they handed out tags to people to put on bags, didn't explain what they were, and then people were surprised when the tag meant they had to check the bag even though they were standing at the front of the line. Then the flight was late because they couldn't figure out who was on the plane. They kept reading out names of people at the front of jet, most of whom weren't on the (completely full) plane, because they couldn't figure out who was on and who wasn't. Didn't they check who boarded before they let us all on??"

Cons: "Online site would not allow us to check our bags in advance. Not able to get boarding passes as at a hotel and then unable to get them at the airport. Could not get help. Untrained incompetent people at ticket counters. Airplane that is falling apart. Flight attendants that ignore you. It will be a cold day in Hades before I would consider flying on this so called airline again."

Cons: "We were delayed by Airport assistance for my wife although it was booked well in advance and Easyjet gate closed before we got there despite the fact they were told we were on our way we had to rebook at a cost of €337 single for two persons from Malaga to Belfast."
