Cons: Long haul flight made pleasant by KLM
Pros: very attentive crew
Cons: Only ham sandwiches on offer! I'm not demanding and would have been happy with cheese.

Cons: Economy seats don’t recline enough.
Pros: quick/efficient boarding - good staff - good food - easy flight !
Cons: the connecting times for klm seem to be very close - if your running late to start - you may not make your next one -
Pros: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.
Cons: Transfer point needs upgrade.

Cons: Old plane. Seats were super tiny and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sit in the same spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore.

Cons: London airport NOT OFFERING WHEEL CHAIR even there was a wheel chair assistance required. My mother has to walk despite choosing the wheel chair assistance. Now she is in pain.

Pros: Everything was good except for the entertainment consul for one of our seats.
Cons: One of our entertainment consuls had to be rebooted 4 times and still didn’t work. We gave up asking.

Pros: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

Pros: Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome.
Cons: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.
Cons: The flight was cancelled and had to be rerouted on United Airlines.
