The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Cons: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."

I also noted my space issue with said passenger at the beginning of the flight and he still progressively went further back. I would've appreciated if flight attendants were more diligent about ensuring passengers are comfortable for long flights. Food accommodations were ok but they go heavy on bread for whatever reason."

Not sure if he worked for the airline as he was dressed in regular street clothes but annoying all the same."

However there was no personal, no line of waiting passengers and no plane. Upon checking we were told that the plane had already left. (this was at 1828). The only way to make our connection in london was a flight to Heathrow later with BA. Then we had to get a taxi to get to gatwick. Will never fly Iberia again."

Pros: "Not much. I think anything we liked was about the airport staff, not the easy jet staff. The customer service lady was efficient, but not helpful and kind of rude and all she kept saying was “well everyone else made it”. The plane was also not full (I believe she said 60 people, maybe 58 not including us)."
Cons: "The plane was departing at 8:25 and boarding at 7:55 according to the ticket. At 7:57 there was no gate announced for the flight yet, so we went to the bathroom, came out and saw our gate and headed there. We got the gate wrong, but were only about 5 mins out of the way, so me and my 70 year old grandmother ran through the terminals and we got to the correct gate at 8:16 (less than 20 minutes from the time the gate was announced) and they would not let us on. Easy Jet’s policy (which we have a picture of) is that the gate closes 30 minutes before departure, but we did not even have a gate until less than 20 minutes from the departure. We did not hear them announce our names or last call (until the minute before we got there, and it did not seem like if they would have let us on if we were one minute earlier either). After this whole ordeal and being at the airport on time and through security in time, we went to talk to the check-in person to see what we should do. We stood in line and did not get called up (3 people did not have customers but were not calling me up), so I asked and one girl reluctantly said I could see her. As I was telling her what happened, she got a phone call, answered it in the middle of my explanation, and then chatted for a few minutes with another coworker about who was working and who was going on lunch when. After she hung up, she looked annoyed at me, and I told her again what happened, and she said she could help and to go to customer service. At customer service, we asked to see if we could get on the next flight which wasn’t leaving for over 7.5 hours, which they said we could but would have to purchase our tickets and luggage all over again. The person working was mostly professional, fairly efficient, but pretty callous overall. On top of all this, when they pulled our luggage off the flight (somehow they can board a flight of 60 ish people and still have time to remove our luggage), they pulled one of the wrong suitcases off so we had to go collect our luggage at or destination, and someone else went luggage-less. Ultimately, my grandmother’s first European trip and this was the worst experience we’ve had so far, but after $200, 6 hours, and tears from both of us, we made it to our destination and will never fly Easy Jet again."

Easyjet seems to thrive on the baggage charges.... it's not comparing apples and apples when Kayak gives prices if the baggage charges are hidden. I would like Kayak to change it's program or provide an option so that any baggage charges are calculated in the "up front" cost quote so that airlines are compared "apples to apples"."

Cons: "Waiting for check in look about 50 minutes. When I got to the front I was 1kg over the allowed 20kg and had to leave to pay £11 at another counter and come back to check in. Note the allowance on other airlines are 23kg. Security screened my hand luggage twice. The reason was that the chargers for the camera, laptop, phone, etc was 'too dense in the bag' and had to be done seperately. This took about 25minutes. I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."

If you are going to make customers queue in the corridor please put a sign up outside to indicate the you dont't have to queue"

I recon whats not there doesn't have to be inspected preflight. I love these things. The app works just fine for boarding. Loved the priority boarding too. I'm always happy to get on a 737. And tired of seeing companies get the airbusses."

As we were about leave, almost on time, cabin crew had executed security precautions and measures, we were suddenly informed by cabin crew we had to wait for other passengers after all that were initially held up for security issues. Even though pilot was told to leave without them, it seems pilot decided to wait for these passengers after all. Cabin crew said 'it seems it will only take 5min' it actually took 1h20 til we actually left and took off. No update whatsoever during that 1h20. Anyways, I understand we don't pay much for these flights therefore shouldn't expect much from your company but man, communication is key. Cabin crew was very poor in communicating, and I believe pilot took a poor decision waiting for these ppl"

Cons: "Arrived at the airport on time, but there were 4 long lines to check bags with Ryanair, which they then proceeded to shut down 2 of. We were told to go to one of the other two lines, so we did, only to have a crew member come up to us and start yelling in Spanish. I wasn't sure what she'd said, so I replied in English that we'd been told to get on this line and she just walked away. When we finally got to the front, another crew member told us the line was closed and that we'd gotten on too late. I told her we were now running late after standing on two different lines and being shuffled around, she snapped back that she was leaving and we had to wait on a different line. We waited so long to check a bag (that we'd already paid for!!) had to rush through security and boarded our flight with only a few minutes to spare. I've never seen such rude and unhelpful staff!!!!!"
