No real issues on this flight other than the overhead bins said reserved for premium customers for a large section that was over non-first class seating
Upon arrival at Eugene, they pushed the flight 45 minutes, then as that approached they pushed it another hour, then as that approached they pushed it another hour, about halfway into that they moved the boarding time/departure time forward about 15 minutes. More than a little bit annoying!
The seats are so close to seats in front that you cannot lean forward and reach anything you may have placed or dropped on the floor.
It's no surprise that bigger overhead space would be nice, but they are super convenient and helpful with the baggage claim stuff.
I like the customer service. I was upgraded on flight, so enjoyed the better seat selection

First flight one hour late, return on time. On both flights everybody were just great Seats comfortable. No complaints, just , 2 good flights. Like flying Alaska Airlines.
Room is great! Excellent value. Boarding & service extremely good. Food was the worst I’ve ever had on a plane.
Terrible. Flight delayed 7 times. Lost a day of our vacation, loads of money and non-refundable activities. Can’t fly AA again.

Only coffee, tea, and water were complimentary. Seat did not recline.
EVERYTHING was charged for. Continuous Iceland advertising; it was off putting.
Overall professional and reliable; only complaint was the lack of complimentary food or beverages on the flight. I’m not accepting an upcharge on things one can reasonably expect.
Movies were old and third rate. Very poor on a seven hour flight. Food was OK but not business class caliber
Although the flight from JFK to Keflavik is not inexpensive, Iceland Air offers nothing but water, no soft drinks, to passengers without a charge. The seats are uncomfortable, there is no leg room, and there was no available internet to purchase.
Was hard to sleep, but other then that everything was good.
We got to the runway and had to go back to terminal to have plane worked on, which is fine, but the 40 minute connecting flight was already gone because of this delay and had to wait 5 hours to get on a different flight and only got a meal voucher which I didn’t see the email until after I had already ordered and paid for food. I feel I should be compensated.
Hard to figure out how to put back the seat, how to get the entertainment, how to upload passport docs. Also, a warning in the airport that food was all for purchase would have been helpful.
I liked the crew but not the uncomfortable seats and lack of movie and tv selection.
Screen didn't work, and neither did the button to tilt the seat even though the seat was comfortable
The leg from Portland to Heathrow was great for a business class ticket. The BA leg from Heathrow to Lisbon was terrible. Basically coach seating with an empty seat between you and next passenger. Absolutely no leg room. Should not have been charged for business class and it was a 3 hour flight.
The flat beds. Other than that, the place was not clean.
Good crew and boarding process. Horrible food and one of the most uncomfortable aircraft seats I have ever sat in. The cabin temperature was warm which made it hard for my family to sleep.
The food was ok, but not great. They delayed boarding in Portland and did not enforce group boarding. But the crew was excellent, went above and beyond.
Flight delayed and we were forced to check our carryon bags which was huge inconvenience.
First leg delay, rescheduled second leg without our approval, cancelled rescheduled second leg, rescheduled cancelled leg to three days later...
We were seated in the rear of the plane. Buses arrived to take us to the terminal but there weren’t enough so we waited an hour to leave the plane.
Every flight was late in arrival, last was late in departure and late in arrival, then lost our luggage!
They canceled the flight and would not rebook us within several days
Better food and more space in the seats. Also when doing the web check in both times I was going in to your site the minute you open it and there is not really many seats to choose only to buy!!!
