Pros: TV series “The Name of the Rose” that I really wanted to watch for some time

Cons: Water, water, water... I almost died from dehydration

Cons: Best airline! More space between seats. Great service. Great meals and snacks and overall excellent experience! I've travel a lot and no other airline in North America comes close! Thanks!!

Pros: Asientos incómodos y cabina muy antigua. Se sentían fierros del asiento en la espalda

Cons: Sistema de entretenimiento muy antiguo. Conexión de audífonos no funcionaba en mi asiento y no me dieron solución. Vuelo de 14 hrs sin entretenimiento es terrible.

Pros: Crew were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Flight was delayed through no fault of the airline. Took a long time taxing due to the excess traffic.

Cons: they must work on quality and price

Pros: Boarding process was smooth and the flight was on time.

Cons: LONG lines to check bags at the Malta airport. Limited leg room on the plane. Checking bags is expensive.

Pros: Comfortable and competativly priced, snack and a water included, more if you want to pay, but not overly priced.

Cons: Leg space was terrible. Just sitting my knees were touching the front seat, was unable to move.

Cons: seats were way too cramped - worst flight ever that way - what has happened to Swiss - there is no room - horrible!!!

Pros: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Cons: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.

Cons: The baggage took a really long time to be delivered to the carousel

Cons: Need longer transfer time in Frankfurt airport. They use buses to airplanes and that eats up time. Also, passport control line can be long. Fights to and fro gave us barely enough time and we were last ones to board

Cons: Food was a little underwhelming for First Class.

Pros: Comfortable seats, adequate legroom; clean aircraft, polite and professional crew.

Cons: Super crowded gate -- but that's more the CDG problem than Norwegian's one.

Pros: Crew was very friendly. Liked that you can see how far away and how much longer the flight was.
