insist that the person checking you in checks you in all the way though. Do not leave until you have all your boarding passes

Look for food/ water in the airport as none is available on the plane unless you have made specific arrangements with the airline.

We flew business class this time. The food in their economy class is much better in general. Also only coffee, tea and orange juice is free. Beer can be bought only. Same as economy, so their business class service is poor.

Nice flight, stress-free but why bother serving a meal on a 55 minute flight. From what I saw there was a lot of waste because travellers weren't interesting in eating on this short trip. Get rid of the meal and cut the price.

Generally good. I didn't have any food on the flight so I can't make a judgement. It smelled good.

Efficient, comfortable and clean-very good flight with friendly staff and crew

On a 45 mins flight to Koh Samui from Bangkok we were served delicious shrimp pad thai and hot tea. The flight crew did an awesome job serving a full flight.

Seats are tight and leg room so small. We had deep impressions under kneecap from the seat in front. A sign that Bangkok Airways is fully aware how small it is built is the cutout in the table. Very uncomfortable for people in size 1.80 m or more.

This is my 2nd flight with this airline. Service is very good. I was surprised they served a meal on such a short flight. The airplane landed so smooth that most people were unaware the plane had just landed. About half of the people on board applauded.

The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The food is tasty and there’s plenty of water provided. Flights are well air conditioned.

The food was inedible- The rice was hard as a rock The chicken was hard and could not chew Horrible meal. Don’t even serve it. It was an insult to think that you would have even served it.

I fly Bangkok Air regularly. Could say I am loyal to their airlines and program. The only two comments of critique I could offer is (1) using the credits from accumulated miles is not as streamlines as some of the other airlines programs I am or have been a member of... and have lost opportunity to use them before expiration. (2) Sometimes, the plane is boarded / un-boarded with a service bus that has to navigate the airport and adds unwelcomed overhead time (especially during de-boarding). If have checked luggage this is transparent; if only have carry-on will slow your departure from Suvarnabhumi by ~20 minutes or more. Otherwise, a fine airline.

Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.

Other than the bus wait time to off board passenger when we reached Don Muang, everything else was excellent

Very good, it would be good if payment for drinks could be accepted by card too.

Ontime, no frills, the cabin is clean, the ticket price is lower than the full-service airlines.

Paid for a meal we didn't receive. They admitted they had forgetten ours. No compensation or rectification offered. We requested if they would just give us a glass of wine instead and we would call it even. Crew advised they could not do this and to go to Air Asia counter on arrival and request a refund. Our flight didn't arrive until 2am so this was not a viable option. The crews solution was if we wanted a wine we should purchase one. I was unhappy with that suggestion considering they had already ripped us off with our meal.

Took 4 flights in 5 days 3 out of 4 left late about one hour each.

The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder

No WiFi or movies. And the seat We’re uncomfortable. Good thing it was a short flight

It was on time! First time in a long time for Air Asia. Thank you!

Nightmare at check in because of restrictibe and unmanageable baggage rules. Very long line and slow because of these policies. Not a smart way to make $

Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.

I have taken more than 50 flights in the past year and this is the worst onboard experience that I've come across. There's always a risk with budget airlines and their creative views of customer service. Having bought a standard seat, we boarded at the assigned seat - we naturally couldn't choose ourselves as that would be extra cost. After take-off, the person in the row in front leans back their seat. As a frequent flyer, I believe this is their right, so I try to lean my seat back as well to have the same space available. However, my standard seat could not lean back, as the row behind was an exit row. As I had paid for a standard seat, not a less space than standard, I moved to the completely free row behind me. This was not allowed, as due to extra legroom, this would cost extra. Subsequently spent the next 30 mins discussing this scenario with the crew. I have no issues with budget airlines and additional charges, but if I pay for a standard seat, I want a standard seat, not one with less space. As you do not offer me a discount for the less space, do not try and charge me a premium, when I find a free seat with more space. It works both ways Scoot.

Finishes were quite worn, including our very scratched up seatback. No entertainment available, and the WiFi (even for “ScootHub”) was very slow. Crew were somewhat friendly.

Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable

Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.

Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.

The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..

WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works

6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air

We had 2 attempts to land at Singapore Changing during a thunderstorm. Everything was delayed by 1 hour plus.

Need to improve the availability of the food. Seems like everything sold out

Did not like that we were not informed about the 4 hour delay, crew not friendly, noone at terminals to consult with...all employees for Batrik were behind glass aftervgoing through security at the gate again. Why no agent at Gate H 10 to answer questions? And no apology. Updates would have eased anxiety. Boarding is disorderly also.

During this flight all the crew just focused on making money by selling food and drinks. There was only one washroom open. And it really smelled bad and wasn’t usable. Even to watch something onboard entertainment u have to rent headphones pathetic airline but only one with direct flight so pretty much the only option from Karachi to KL

Delayed for 3 hours, need to pay extra for drinking water.

The OD2204 KUL-LGK was delayed 40 minutes due to air-condition malfuntion, after inspection the technician give green light for the flight to go as usual but the air-condition is still not working properly, passengers complaining to the stewardess but they cannot do anything, I did tweet to @malindoair to complaint but no reply from them … hope this Batik Air is not having problem like Rayani Air and I do hope the management do respond to my complaint as well

Nasi lemak was horrible. Plain white rice, tasteless sambal, no cucumber, no kacang, no ikan bilis. And the chicken was colourless and tasteless, tasted like boiled chicken. Entertainment system didn't work at all.

2 delayed flights - hotel layover in a different country- lost baggage.

Silly to not even offer people water for free when they are paying so much for tickets.

You get what you pay for. It’s functional and gets you from point A to B in good comfort. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss .. they get your attention if you reach out.

Good leg room ... air conditioning was a bit warm don't Book row 8 ... no windows

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Seat pitch is narrow moreover the agent assigned seat in front of emergency exit window which is not reclined. A terrible 4hr 40min flight from HAN to DPS

Horrible! As an Asian, they look down on their own skin color. Disgusting people and airlines. If you are white, they will worship you

1-Airlines did not send any info to inform the clients about changing fight number. 2-Delayed too long on runay without any explanation

체크인을 담당하는 승무원이 아주, 몹시 불친절하고 전문성이 현저하게 떨어졌습니다. The flight attendant in charge of the check-in was very, very unfriendly and markedly less professional.

VietJet was 2 hours late, but Kayak is not able to track my travel correct.
