Cons: This airline is borderline budget airline even in business class.

Pros: Loved everything! Including the food.

Cons: I’m not sure if there was WiFi, i wished that would’ve been advertised. If possible can you advertise the drinks and snacks selections. I booked my flight with Lufthansa but it was operated by another company which made it difficult to find

Cons: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Cons: Plane left without me. My record indicated 9am departure, but at 845 when I landed (late). The attendant confirmed that I had missed the plane.

Cons: Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive.

Pros: One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again.

Cons: Better communication for people making a connection. Not to wait until you are showing your boarding pass and then telling us we needed to check-in again,

Pros: The crew was nice. The seats were ok.

Cons: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.
