Cons: "Rude check in lady who said I needed to check bag (but didn’t. Loads of space)"
Pros: "Seat was good."
Pros: "We took the offer of putting cabin baggage in hold. Some of those that retained theirs had "oversized" bags that should have been taken from them at the steps of the plane. As this did not happen there were a lot of problems including the problem of opening the lockers"
Cons: "Stricter control on cabin bags. The result was that our bags were already on the belt when we got to customs area"
Pros: "Crew was OK ,seat tight"
Cons: "More cushion and a little wider seat !"
Pros: "Crew very polite"
Cons: "In B222, Headphones didn't fit well in the audio plugs on the sides of the seats thus making very poor quality sounds while listening to music or videos. That wasn't an issue in B149. Just to let you be aware. Thanks."
Cons: "Unbelievable waste of time and gross inefficient experience trying to get assistance service for a wheelchair abominable delays wrong numbers and general disconnection between ground services & personnel. No problem in New York with Delta no problem in Barcelona but London was a sad performance."
Pros: "The crew was great."
Cons: "Seet could be more comfortable."
Cons: "Luggage did not make it to Warsaw"
Pros: "Pleasant staff, very poor entertainment systems, screens too small and kept needing to be reset."
Cons: "Poor entertainment systems Plane too cold Only 1 meal Ran out of gin for the second flight in a row"
Pros: "As always no issues at all, I reserved my seats early to get extra leg room which is always great. Fast boarding and a quick flight, having been on a long haul flight a few hours before I needed this to get home."
Pros: "Sydney arrival amazing swift immigration and customs staff polite another step forward Australia"
Cons: "The BREAKFAST wow CHILLED egg and bacon sandwich it may have been delicious in 1956 on an old Viscount but really substandard is an understatement LATE too tight to speed up ie spend more on fuel which increases the stress for me as now we are really close to missing the next leg but praise be - arrival was amazing once we got off the plane see above"
Pros: "The crew made the flight quite pleasant"
Pros: "Polite, friendly staff."
Pros: "The crew generally is kind and patient. This older aircraft had new seats installed."
Cons: "BA now doesn’t even provide you with a glass of water or peanuts for free. Everything is buy on board like Easyjet or Ryannair. Entertainment is non-existent as are any type of power outlets. Seat pitch is very tight."
Pros: "Entertainment system was ok but selection limited compared to other airlines. Crew was friendly and unobtrusive, nice for a red eye flight."
Cons: "Hate the fact that you have to pay at least $41 to reserve any seat before 24 hours before flight time, even the worst seat on the plane. Seats in coach are very narrow and poor padding makes for an uncomfortable ride or over 7 hours."
Cons: "Wasn’t aware of the baggage fee"
Pros: "I would like a refund on my ticket"
Cons: "I didn't like the fact i had to wait the same amount of time it takes to get to the destination because of the delay"
Pros: "Clean aircraft, pleasant cabin crew."
Cons: "Flight was delayed. They were aware that many of us had a connecting flight with not much time to get through passport control and to the gate. The crew should have let us off the plane first... we were sitting near the rear and only just made our flight"
Cons: "The entertainment system kept bugging out on me and would not work correctly."
Pros: "very pleasant attendants. good amount of snacks and drinks. good entertainment options"
Cons: "a bit crammed"
Cons: "Nothing. The flight was quick and boarding was easy"
Pros: "Took 2 hrs from the W to get to the airport via metro for Some reason. Had just over an hour to check in. Fast security and great service from the bar crew onboard. Thank you"
Cons: "This plane had an old tv system"
Cons: "Sat near gate waiting 15 min for ground crew. Flight was on-time and weather fine so there was no reason for a crew not to be there. Then sat at gate because no attendant available to move the jetway. Again, poor planning or cut staff to save money at the cost of timely service."
Pros: "The food, the staff and the free movie on the airplane."
Cons: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Anne-Laure"
Pros: "Every flight was late. And then we missed a connection not because we landed late, but because they didn’t have a bridge crew. So we sat on the ground for 45 minutes awaiting a bridge crew. Invitee were re-booked on a new connection, but low and behold that was also late."
Cons: "Poor check in process, no complementary food or drink and 30 late arriving"
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "It was late, it was cramped, they make you pay for everything suitcases, soft drinks, the lot, next time we will consider who we spend our hard earned cash with Disappointing as I am a real advocate for BA"
Cons: "Sitting on the tarmac for to long...."
Pros: "Funny safety video."
Cons: "Lost baggage. Still waiting on update and location for property. Clerk at lost baggage desk was rude and unhelpful."
Cons: "Nothing wrong"
Pros: "Easy trip, well managed, efficient"
Cons: "No drink or snack unless you pay for it"
Cons: "Seat comfort in Business Class worse than low cost airlines Crew rude and aloft Food terrible"
Pros: "Civilized boarding process Warm welcome from crew Calming music upon boarding Ample leg room + comfortable seat Redeye amenities at seat (headphones, ear plugs etc.) Nice food/drinks selection Clean restrooms"
Cons: "nothing, everything was great!"
Pros: "The flights was quick!"
Cons: "British airways didn't transfer my bag to the next location. I spent all day in Zagreb freezing and missing my jackets and warmer clothing which were all in my suitcase. I had no time to purchase anything, therefore no receipts for them to reimburse me for the inconvenience."
Pros: "Excellent flight."
Cons: "Cramped and no free tea/coffee"
Pros: "Pilot friendly chat at gate"
Cons: "2 hours to offer food through the plane Slow inefficient payment process Bacon roll served with cold Centre - inadequately cooked after 2 attempts"
Pros: "everything went smoothly"
Cons: "Not enough choices for movies or tv shows."
Pros: "Cordial and helpful crew members. Food was excellent."
Cons: "entertainment was not functioning through out the flight."
Pros: "The snack provided onboard was tasty. The flight attendants took their job seriously."
Cons: "Southwest Airlines style seating with a foldable tray table over a middle seat. Sold as a business class cabin at a high price for an hour and a half flight but we left feeling ripped off. No boarding order and overall chaos boarding. I feel that for the price and being advertised as business class I was taken for a ride so to speak, and not in a good way. This would not qualify as business class on any other airline irregardless of how short the leg was."
Pros: "Amazing flight - Crew was attentive and helpful"
Pros: "Safe flight"
Cons: "Very poor service. Did not offer drinks. When asked for drinks the crew said they are doing duty free and did not serve water or drinks."
Pros: "Reasonably efficient and comfortable."
Pros: "Crew and boarding was fine."
Cons: "The plane was 30 minutes late. We had to circle around Heathrow a few times before got permission to land. After landing we could not get to our gate for an extra 15 minutes.."
Pros: "The long walk in the airport to get to dinner next flight it's too long"
Pros: "Great crew and food"
Cons: "Seat pitch at 29" in club europe. Had to sit diagonally for 3.5 hours. New slimline seats"
Pros: "The flight times and route are great - very early start but you are in Chania for lunchtime."
Cons: "Seats felt cramped. Staff helpful but seemed disinterested, and rather embarrassingly didn't know the name of the arrival airport. The much hyped M&S food was very uninspiring - my cheese sandwich was soggy, bland and slightly chemical tasting. There isn't the option for online check in from Chania to Heathrow, so ignore the error message you get when you try. I'd probably fly this route again but only for convenience not quality."
Cons: "Once arriving in London our airplane didn't have a place to park so that we could be relieved from our flight. We waited, seated in the plane for over 45 minutes and we almost missed our connecting flight. We had to run to the next gate and getting through security checks was a nightmare. The London airport crew seemed to have terrible communication and terrible customer service skills."
Pros: "Efficient check in and boarding. And friendly staff."
