I love travelling with British airways because everything is supper goog

They took my carry on and checked it in. Staff in general at Heathrow are not friendly or helpful

Boarding in Dallas was hell with extremely rude gate agents , especially a lady named Rajathi who was the epitome of rudeness with no compassion at all . She was horrible and I wonder why airlines have people like her on their roster who exude arrogance and haughtiness . Will probably not fly British Airwsys because of people like her .

Denied boarding passes for connecting flight. Missed connection as a result. Customer services T5 Heathrow airport vile, arrogant people who lied to us and threatened us.

I could not charge my phone the entire night or read my book, as the whole middle isle was without power.

Need a do not disturb sign if you wish not to have any meals so that they can wake you or have the meals served . Left very sad and hungry .

Everything was fine except not posting the gate number until 14 minutes before boarding. In an airport the size of Heathrow, that was unacceptable.

I'm a world traveler for the 30 years. The WORST AIRPORT i've ever been in Totally over booked They shuttle u around MANY TIMES TO GET to planes and gates They over book and have massive delays Will never fly BA again

The least comfortable business class seat I have encountered for a while - very very firm when reclined making sleeping difficult. Cost cutting is visible everywhere - no offer to refill drinks (the wines were not good - so no real issue there :) ) Just not worth what BA charge
