Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

Online check-in doesn't work. That's why I couldn't give it full Star.

I liked the overall service and comfort. The only annoying thing was paying for excess baggage at the airport. They have limited options and they don't take all cards.

I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?

From home to the airport, you must mention the terminal ready.

Crews are very rude and unhelpful. Cramped seats in economy. Foods are useless

Overall good, but the fact that there was no WiFi was a big deal for me. I am not used to having no WiFi during long flights. I always fly Delta-KLM and they never have had an issue with WiFi.

They sell 1h /1h30min connection ticket that are impossible to make

Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu. I found it impossible to check in online. The website sent you round and round a loop. The only way to break the loop was to view and change your advance personal details.

Innovative boarding process using face recognition was flawless. Excellent food. Great lounge!

The crew were competent and all seemed to enjoy their job and the only shiny part of the trip. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the video machines very hard to work and had dated offerings. The air conditioning was like a refrigerator even with 4 blankets. The food was propbably the worst airline food I have had in years.

Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time

Baggage took two hours to arrive in hall after landing.

Was diverted to Aberdeen, then had to take a three hour bus ride to Glasgow. No one met us when we arrived here and I never received a hotel.
