Need thicker and wider blankets. Food was below standard especially in the fist leg.

Very bad. Business class money is paid but service is worst than economy with empty middle seat. Very low grade food, very poor toilet. This should be highlighted as worst business class in the world. Government of Jordan should ban British airways for misleading information.

I was attacked in the Miami airport and the staff did nothing. On my flight from London to Miami one of the flight attendants screamed at me and demanded I keep my seat in the upright position at all times during the fight so the man behind me was comfortable for the flight. I will never in my life use British airways again

For a business class ticket the service was very mediocre. We had to ask for coffee after a meal and the service was grudging like we were putting them out. The leg from BOM to LHR was especially bad and the toilets had no water. It was disgusting. Looks like self service is the new model for Business Class. No Thank you. I will look elsewhere

The flight was fine but no food available apart from snacks like Pringles and olives which was a problem for me as I hadn’t eaten anything that day. But the worst problem was BA left 24 suitcases in Heathrow as the flight was too full but didn’t tell anyone. So we waited for ages at Toulouse airport with no information and finally found out from the one member of staff in the baggage collection area who explained what had happened and apologised for no announcement being made but said that was their policy. Then BA contacted me today to say they have found my luggage and can deliver it to me on Tuesday - half way through my holiday!!!! So a friend has had to make a four hour round trip in his car to go and collect the luggage from the airport so we can get it today. A TOTAL SHAMBLES AND DISREGARD BY BA FOR THEIR PASSENGERS’ BEST INTERESTS.

Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages

They sat my 2 year old in the seat behind me, separate from myself and my 5 year-old daughter. When I asked them to fix it they told me to speak to the gate agent in London. When I asked in London they told me to talk to the cabin crew. Then a “Supervisor” stuck us in row 39 at the back of the plane when we were originally sitting in row 25/26. They ran out of food which was gross anyway, and the entertain didn’t work the first hour of the flight. Overall terrible experience.

Terrible service especially for premium economy. Much more comfortable seats on other providers

Friendly hosts/hostesses; dinner was of acceptable, but mediocre standard

Checking in prior on line and wait time at Gatwick was terrible. I would rate a big fat ZERO.
