It’s the old style plane with the old Ying Yang seats doesn’t compare to other airlines with newer planes.

Bag drop in Jersey was very long. British Airways could have had more people available to check bags.

When checking our bags we were told our bags would go through our final destination. This did not happen. When boarding, after group 3 it was a free for all, everyone boards. When served lunch, I asked for anything without dairy, I was given popcorn and gummy snacks. She said she would come back with more options, she never did. Also, when traveling through London, they don’t tell you your gate number until 1 hour before flight leaves, causing everyone to run to their gate.

Wheel chair assistance was requested but found very poor status at London.

BA experiences are seldom great these days. As has become the norm for BA, the flight departed late and arrived late at its destination. Very little difference these days between BA and the so called budget airlines.

Innovative boarding process using face recognition was flawless. Excellent food. Great lounge!

I’ve heard British airlines was known for issues. My first time using British airlines and I had 3 delays. 5/6 hr delay from original time. That was exhausting

Everything about the flight was great. One negative thing, The British airways site said that we could check one bag for free but American Airlines who was actually doing the flight charged us 70 euro.

Boarding was organized and fast. Food was good and service was great. Tight seats and packed flight.

Not as good compared to intercontinental flights but reasonable good
